Likes
- The football court which is completely turfed. It feels very good to play in that.
- The indoor gym and the indoor badminton courts are also very great.
Dislikes
- The basketball courts are not up to the mark.
- There is a sewer passing through the middle of the college which has not been covered till now and It gives a very foul smell if you pass through it.
Remarks :
I appeared for kcet exam for this college. The cut-off for my branch was 47000 and my rank was 45618. The college is good for internships and workshop opportunities which is pretty good but the campus placements are on the lower side since the college is only 17 years old.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is pretty good but the faculty is somewhat lacking. There are few very good professors but also some not so great professors, just like every other college though. Internal exams happen in ever 1.5-2 months and term exams are at the end of the 3.5-4.5 month long terms.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship till now so I have no idea about the internship opportunities available in the college. There is only one company that I know of which has an internship program with us that is synopsis.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements have been pretty less in the past 1 or 2 years because of recession but now it's getting better. The highest package I know was 16lpa for 4 students from ECE department but I have no idea about the average package. My plans are to go to Gujarat for my master's in digital designing.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Annual tution fees is around 105000 and the college fees (skill lab and security) is 15000 since I joined using kcet entrance exam. I can avail ssp scholarship since I have defence background which is usually around 70000-75000.
Campus Life :
The fest is called Chiguru and usually happens in the last week of November. Then there are intercollege sports tournaments which take place for Chiguru and also inter department sports tournaments which happen ever semester.
Hostel Facilities :
I am a day scholar I have no idea on this topic but I have heard from my friends who live in 3 sharing dorm room in the hostel and they say that the food is pretty average, somedays they have good food somedays they don't. Affordability is less, as they are overcharging as compared to the quality of mess and rooms.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
