The Jss academy of higher education and research is a beautiful campus filled with greenery, the admission was done after registration through online website of the college the selection is based on your 10th amd 12th percentage and student couselling.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Psychology is a evolving field of social and behavioral sciences and my particular area of interest drew me to choosing this course The faculties are well qualified research and phd scholars and have clinical experiences in field of counseling and psychotherapy . We had 2 internal assessment, seminar and assignment per course and the difficulty could ranked as above average .
Internships Opportunities :
The intership opportunities are not provided by the college for this particular course, students have to search on their own or sometimes faculties will guide, there is no stipend provided for Bachlore courses
Placement Experience :
There is provision for placement for psychology course, only MSc biotechnology courses get placement opportunities and provision, selection is based on entrance exam and interview by the particular highering company
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The first year fees is 85000 including exam fees the payment is done semester wise ,exam fee is separate and is around 2000 to 3000 per sem ,other courses fee payment and structure also is same the initial payment is done offline and later after admission you can pay through student portal
Campus Life :
The college conducted 2 annual fest with active collaboration with students and faculties that include cultural and sports activities. The college has 2 libraries in it's campus one including digital ,there was enough availability of books and Journal related to the course and many other general books for reading We had NSS groups and several activity groups for awareness and activity based programs.
Hostel Facilities :
There is availability of hostel and PG in and around the campus with proper food facilities and requirement. The cost of living is affordable for students if they opt for rooms other then pg or hostel there are mess and canteen nearby.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
