Yep, group discussion was one factor and also my sister was studying in this college so this was my priority. And also with my parents being away from my house i personally had to go and inspect every college. Not only this as a matter of fact MIT ADT is closer to hadapsar which is where I stay.
Course curriculum is good, like it's 12th repetition for most sem and maths and subjects like photonics have good teachers, but overall it's good. And also when a teacher does not teach properly like teachers of python even if we complaint for the whole sem no action is taken which is quite disturbing and also managing such teacher becomes a pain
No, no internship opted yet.since internships in MIT start from third year, this is my 3rd sem where we select specialisation and from 4th sem we get one subject towards specialisation, and third year first sem involves teaching that specialisation and the next sem involves internships
Placements are good, like a lot of companies come and students get placements, for transparency list of students with their names and company name along with salaries are put up at the entrance of it building
For every sem they charge fees for this sem it's 2 lakh and next sem it's 1 lakh 16thousand, and also for every year their fees increase by ten thousand. The fees there is pretty high and quite difficult to keep up with for some people
Clubs like arcade club in which I am a part of, it's for game development. It uses godot as the game engine and tw clubs in MIT are very active with events and participations, which makes the first years very easy to explore the college
Very large campus, and the college holds a lot of events so it's always fun, and every festival like krishn janamastrame and Ganesh Chaturthi are definitely celebrated which is very nice to see our culture growing in college
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
