We have to give NCHMCT JEE for entrance then based on your rank you can apply for college and counselling process. As for why I chose this college, it was the number one college in this field and profession and the placement is good.
I chose this course because I gave an exam last year related to hospitality then eventually doing a lot research I started developing interest in this and few of the perks of this course led to me choosing this as my career.
We have both in and out campus placement and they are pretty good. But student has to decide between executive and managerial training. Though only 20 approx out of 200 get selected for management training .
79000 for tution and exam charges 95000 for college hostel for triple sharing and 150000 for single sharing ac room 10000 for other registration and library charges Scholarship is there but you have apply on online portal that I don't know.
Life at campus is pretty normal. As for extracurricular activity we don't have much of sports there just badminton and volleyball that too for hostel students. We have a good library and big working space for working for practical. Events don't happen inside the college but our do provide aid to other event happening for any government official.
Mess is pretty average but you won't miss you home food because the food served is somewhat as similar to our home food. Hostel will be given on the merit basis and the seats are limited to that. As for affordability it's a little expensive but yes it's good for first year students.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
