- the ganga river that flows behind the campus the ghats are so pleasing over here and there will be many cool places in the college
- the location of the college in the city of patna makes it easier for transport and all also we can explore patna very well
Dislikes
- the new campus which is very far away lacks all the resources
- old campus is very small and less number of events
- no proper auditorium the one here is very small
Remarks :
the NIRF ranking of nit patna has been quite good . some of my college seniors had a very good opinion. coming to the admission process you should be writing the JEE and secure a rank based on your category the ranks may vary from 15k in OC to 3,00,000 in SC/ST. you have to apply for JOSAA for counceling also CSAB allocates the seat in the college for UG level. Also you can write B.Arch exam for architecture. using gate exam also you can get to do M.Tech here
Course Curriculum Overview :
Actually I didnt chose this everything was part of the councelling and i wanted ece or cse in any college so i got nit patna ece in 2nd round and it was it. it didnt change further. Faculty was well qualified here. They dont take much classes but over all it was good. Exams in nit patna were very timely. Every time they will be held according to the academic calender. They wont miss anything here. Also the exams take 10 days to complete without wastage of much time. The difficulty level is medium to hard. But if you are a regular attendie of class then it isnt a big issue
Placement Experience :
Generally if you are from cse you need a cgpa of 8.5 and for ece you will need 7.5. 80-90% gets placed here. The highest package will be around 52 LPA and the average package will be around 8-10 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee i pay every semester is 62,500 as tution fee and 40,000 as hostel fee. per semester it will be around 1 lakh. so in total the fee will be around 2 lakhs. we have the scholorships such as FFE for students with family income less than 5 lakhs. sc merit scholorships are also available for some top rank sc students. also sc/st students regardless of the family income have zero tution fee.
Campus Life :
The campus life is quite boring literally the saddest part of nit patna is its campus life. due to some tragic incidents eccentrica has not happened this year but they were some what ok not upto the mark. the library is very small but the book were sufficiently available. journals were also pretty cool over here and news papers were also available regularly. we have the SAC which has some indoor games and a play ground which girls wouldn't prefer. Like girls wont play much. They only use the volley ball court. the dance club, GYb club, vista the photography club and IEEE,ROBOTICS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE CAMPUS GDSC, HACK SLASH are namely the coding clubs. currently the CSE and ECE students are shifted to the new BIHTA campus where everything is under construction.

Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :
faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

There are placement strike 99% so I will admission this college for build up my career there are placement are highest in bihar. There are placement are very easy process. Placements are different companies like wipro infosis tcs icici bank etc.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite outdated. 75% attendance is mandatory to give exams. Faculties are overall good and supportive in ECE branch. Every faculty is well qualified,most of them are phd degree holders or pursuing PhD from a reputed institute like IIT,NITs. End semester Exams occur every 5-6 months.And mid term is held between the semesters. ( One mid term each semester).Exams are quite difficult as it is not an autonomous University.End semester copy checking is not done properly. Improper markings are given to few students.

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
