Likes
- Our college have a large green campus of around 50 Acres in areas. In which there is all functions and sports fest organized very well.
- There is no need to go out side of college regularly because in college campus there is 2 temples, stationary , gym, canteen , ATM and Infront of main gate of college there is CHAI TAPARI also.
Dislikes
- First thing about our college which I dislike that is old academic building and very poor conditions of roads inside our college campus . They need a well repairing process in which there looks is being improved.
- Second bad thing about our college they have old facilities and old curriculum that is not able to build and train us for industries in which modern equipment and technologies are being used .
Remarks :
Because Motihari is my home town and also I have much interest in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence that is the main reason I choose this college with respective CSE (AI) branch .For admission I gave BCECE ( Bihar Engineering Examination ) after that there is counselling process in which you have to do choice filling with respective of your favourite colleges and branches after that your selection depends upon your UR rank for given college with respective branch. You can also join our college with your Jee Mains score from UGEAC counselling process which is held before BCECE counselling.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Because I have much interest in softwires and new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning thats why I have chosen this ( CSE - AI) branch for doing my Bachelor degree in Technology. Our faculties who teaches us are well qualified like some are PH.D. holders also from some top colleges of India like IITs or NITs. They teaches us very well by giving real life examples. They help us in our academic problems as well as non - academic problems. All faculties are good in our college except some HODs because they are so rude in behavior. Our exams are on the time but some time its too late from different reason ( Because you also know government takes time in there all policies or programs). Our semester exams are very tough only 70 percent student passed.
Internships Opportunities :
There is some internship which is a part of our courses is provided by college but in those internship you are not getting any types of stipend and all your branch mates are doing same things. For getting best internships opportunities you have to work yourself . In our college students got internships from DRDO , BARC, Flipcart, CDAC and Amazon like companies in which they got a completion certificate and in some cases they got stipend also.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement is that your CGPA is above than 6.75 but it differs with companies. There is Wipro , Infosys, ACC , TCS like companies visited our college for campus placements but number of offers they provided is very less and have a limited amount of package . Highest package from our college is around 12.4 LPA and average package is 3.6 LPA . There are around 50 to 60 % students only placed because there is negligible placement of lower branches in our college . My plans after getting degree to pursue M.Tech from any NITs or IITs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We are paying around 15000 to 18000 rupees every year . In which there are almost negligible tuition fee( Around 10 or 20 rupees per semester), Admission fees is 3200 for general and OBC and less for SC ST category . Development fees is 2500 per year for every student. Examination charge is 7400 rupees per year ( means 3700 rupees for each semester examination) , Lab charges and extra activities charges are being differ with respective branches and your clubs or groups in which you have enrolled. There are Bihar Student Credit Card accepted in our college in which we get up to 4 Lakh rupees in 4 years of our degree in which academic fees , laptop fees and hostel including mess charges all are covered. This loan are on very negligible interest and direct from Bihar government. Also PMS and NSP like scholarship available here for different types of students.
Campus Life :
There is a annual fest named UMANG which are organized in our college every year in month of November in which newly admitted students got participated and got information about their college and different types of activities and clubs which is available in our college. Also there is different fests and programme organized by college students time to time like Fresher's Party , Independence Day , Sarswati Puja , Engineer's Day etc. There is a big library present in our college in which there is around 17000 books and different general books and biographies present . You can seat or read here or you can avail at most four book at a time for maximum four months. There is different groups and clubs operated in our college but in whole group there is PRAKARAM ( Sports Group) is the most active group in our college. Also there is NSS progrrame operated by the help of students and faculties of our college.
Hostel Facilities :
There is 3 boys hostels ( OBH, NBH and NNBH ) and 2 girls hostels present in our college . For senior students there is single rooms present here whether for junior students means student of first year and second year there is sharing rooms ( double bed and triple bed) available in our college . Hostels is being provided on the basis of academic performance of a students. Food qualities of our hostel is average ( Rating 3.5) and almost a limited type of foods available in our mess. They provided two times food and one time breakfast and also they provide two times non veg food in a week. For rented room you can choose either T point area , DAV mode , Bypass or Hawai ADDA.

Why you should choose iiit bhagalpur
Placement Experience :
Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :
faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

There are placement strike 99% so I will admission this college for build up my career there are placement are highest in bihar. There are placement are very easy process. Placements are different companies like wipro infosis tcs icici bank etc.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

Review for B.Tech ECE at GEC Buxar (BEU)
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite outdated. 75% attendance is mandatory to give exams. Faculties are overall good and supportive in ECE branch. Every faculty is well qualified,most of them are phd degree holders or pursuing PhD from a reputed institute like IIT,NITs. End semester Exams occur every 5-6 months.And mid term is held between the semesters. ( One mid term each semester).Exams are quite difficult as it is not an autonomous University.End semester copy checking is not done properly. Improper markings are given to few students.
Best collage in Bihar at Patna

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
