- I like mainly entrepreneurships opportunities provided by our college and help for converting new ideas to business .
- Another thing which I like most that is Sports facilities ( ground and enough equipment) which helpful for enhancing phicical activity of a student.
Dislikes
- College road is vey bad in condition that is the one of the bad thing about our college.
- Placement of lower branches is not good enough.
Remarks :
In our college I like the best part of sports and entrepreneurship opportunities which was main focused by our college faculties and Head of Departments and bad thing about my college is here is very less company visited for campus placement drive. For getting admission in Motihari Engineering College you have to give the exam either JEE MAINS or BCECE( Biahr Engineering Exam) and go for respective counselling (UGEAC or BCECE) . Then you got respective college and branch according to your choice filling and rank. If you have decent rank above than 85 then you have chances that you got CSE or AI branches also in our college and if you are girls candidate or SC-ST category then you got reservations also.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course (Mchanical Engineering ) not because I have less percentile , I choose this course(on 90 percentile in JEE MAINS) because I have great interest in real life problems and new technologies which I can explore much better in Mechanical Engineering. Qualification of the faculty is minimum M.Tech in our college and most of the faculties have Ph.D. degree from top University / Colleges of India ( like IIT Delhi , DU, ISM Dhanbad etc.) they teaches us very well and also very helpful for their students. We have to give total three exams in a semester in which Mid Semester ( internal examination of 30 marks) , End semester(external examination of 70 marks) and Viva + Practical( 30 + 20 marks) . These exams are on time and really tough to score better . Only 70 to 80 percent of students passed in these exams.
Internships Opportunities :
Students of our college got internships opportunities from Companies like ACC , DRDO, BHEL, ONGC,Flipcart Amazon ,CDAC etc at different- different projects . In some cases student got stipend also around 10K to 20k .
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement is differ on the requirement of companies but if you have to being safe in this criteria then your CGPA is above than 7 . In our college companies like ACC, Godrej, Greeken, Infosys , TCS, Wipro and many more companies visited for campus placement . Highest placement from our college is around 13 LPA and average is around 3 to 4 LPA . Packages are differ on the basis of job profile and companies. From our college almost 60 percent students got placements . My planning after getting degree is I have to go for M.Tech from any IIT.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I was paying yearly 14000 rupees per year in which there is 3200 rupees admission fees (this is only one time when you got admission in your first semester) , development fees 2500 rupees per year , registration or examination fees is 3700 rupees per semester (means 7400 rupees yearly) ,tuition fees is negligible here and some little bit expenses . For SC ST category all fees is around only 4000 rupees (including caution fees , tution fees, development ,registration fees etc) Yes , Here scholarships are being provided on different different eligiblity criteria like NSP and PMS. Also there is Loan on Bihar Student Credit accepted in which you got all of your course fees(including tution fees registration fees, stationary, Laptop charges and hostel and mess fees also) by Bihar government at almost no rate of interest.
Campus Life :
There is UMANG which is held every year in first or second week of November in which there are lots of sports and cultural activities happens . In this UMANG mostly newly admitted students participated and explore there college and clubs and socity of college. Apart from UMANG , Sarswati Puja , Fresher Party , Engineer's Day, Inter Branch ,Independence Day and many more celebration are organized in which every one take participated and enjoyed. Here is a huge library in which approx 17000 books are available student can easily access that books by showing there ID Card and take it for 4 months after that they have to submit that book and re issue. Sports facilities of our college is great . Almost every sports's equipment are present in our college . Also there is a huge playground present that's why there is no any issues happen for outdoor sports like cricket, football also. there are different societies present in our college like Zero One Coding Club ( CSE & AI), AVISKAR(EEE) .
Hostel Facilities :
There is average quality of food served in our college mess and have a limited options . Hostel allotment is on the basis of academics and first come first get process. Basically hostel is sufficient enough in which all the boys and girls can live in hostels . For rented room best choice is DAV Mode , Bypass Mode , T Point .

Placement Experience :
Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :
faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite outdated. 75% attendance is mandatory to give exams. Faculties are overall good and supportive in ECE branch. Every faculty is well qualified,most of them are phd degree holders or pursuing PhD from a reputed institute like IIT,NITs. End semester Exams occur every 5-6 months.And mid term is held between the semesters. ( One mid term each semester).Exams are quite difficult as it is not an autonomous University.End semester copy checking is not done properly. Improper markings are given to few students.

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
