Likes
- The college infrastructure is quite old and also not restored but can be quite aesthetic and pleasing during the rainy season. Student gathering can be seen at various places which are fun and enjoyable.
- Various Sports can be seen and students can bee seen playing volleyball badminton cricket at their playground and court and it becomes quite fun.
Dislikes
- There is no canteen in the college and all the students had to either bring their lunch from the hostel or home or else get outside to eat from the shop.
- The hanging spot that is made in the college can be sometimes not cleaned and the washrooms too sometimes may be dirty. Also there is no common room for the boys it is only available for the girls.
Remarks :
I got not enough percentile in NEET exam that i could get admissioned in MBBS so i got to choose this college as it provides me with the best college for BUMS and BAMS course. The cut off marks are quite less that ranges upto 400 minimum for BUMS and 500-550 minimum for BAMS. There is no other examination or GD other than your NEET exam. Admission occurs on the basis of this itself.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is already set by the NCISM and it is followed on time itself in the college. Yearly time table has been set for exams and internal assessments as well. The teaching faculty is also supportive and friendly and good at teaching in their particular subjects.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is provided by the college itself in the college hospital only and the stipend for the internship is quite good. It gives almost 27000 as stipend every month and the internship is of one year. Practical knowledge can be gained during this time and is beneficial for the growth of the student.
Placement Experience :
The college does not provide placement for the students. The internship itself provides with quite a good stipend but after completing the degree students are left with a few options itself. Either they can open their own clinic or get admissioned in post graduation which also is quite good if the stipend is seen or they can give an examination of Medical Officer. After the college there are few but good options left and students can earn decent to quite good depending on the student itself.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees in this college is quite minimum as it is only 3000 per year and neither it increases or decreases nor it varies category wise. Also you can also apply for a national scholarship that brings almost 12000 rs if you are a hosteller or 9000 rs. If you are a day scholar.
Campus Life :
The colleges infrastructure can be seen as quite aesthetic which can be a good sight to watch and click photographs. There are no clubs in the college but the senior and junior bond can be seen which is quite good here. Seniors are quite supportive and lets you enjoy and give tips about how can you enjoy your fresher year at its best.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality if compared to other mess can be decent but not that good as it can be a bit not tasty. But you gets chicken twice in a week and the infrastructure Of the hostel is also not that good. As there is no restoration from past fee years but hostel life is great. There is no entry timing here and you can visit anytime during the night. And the hostel allotment process is also easy as you only have to give an application letter to the hostel warden indica That you really requires a hostel.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
