Likes
- lush green environment with birds and animals like dog and squirrels. this is the best thing that i love about the college.
- The way faculty are always ready to guide the students.
Dislikes
- one thing that i think they should work on is that they should focus on practical academics as well. since coding is a practical subject so focusing more on practical will help the students in better understanding of the subjects.
- washroom in college especially when it comes to women's washroom.
Remarks :
From my experience, MSI stands out as one of the best BCA colleges in GGSIPU. The infrastructure is decent and provides a good learning environment. tho, the academics focus more on theory over practicals. For admission, you need to attempt IPU-CET and although you can also take admission with CUET score but IPU-CET is preferred more.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In today's scenario, with the advancement of technology, the demand of coding is increasing. so apart from Btech, i thought BCA would be a good course to persue. Teachers here are very supportive and help you achieve greater heights.
Internships Opportunities :
The college does not offer any internship. Every student has to look out for internships by themselves. They can explore internshala or linkedin or other apps for internship. Faculty do help, when they find any openings they do share the necessary information.
Placement Experience :
The college holds placement drives where multiple MNCs come and offer opportunity to students. Companies like Delloite, Accenture, DE Shaw, pwc, SAP Labs, JTP(japanese originated) and other visit college for placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for BCA program at MSI are around 3.5 Lakhs, with an annual payment of approximately 1.15 Lakhs. i dont know much about the scholarship options. So.i won't be able to share my experience on scholarships.
Campus Life :
At MSI, there are two annual fests - Avensis: the tech fest and Genesis: the cultural fest. Both are very engaging events with lot of fun activities. However, the only drawback is that the timing of these fests is only till 5 P.M. or atleast 7 P.M. so there are no night events.
Hostel Facilities :
i didn't opt for hostels, so i can't provide much information on that. However, there are PGs available that are affordable nearby in areas like Uttam Nagar, Dwarka etc. These locations offer good options for accomodation.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
