My review for my college DBIT
Likes
- First thing that i like about my college is the faculty , the faculty is very friendly and help students too much.
- The infrastructure is also good our institute has 8 floors and have elevator too and other thing is that the whole building is air conditioned
Dislikes
- The thing that i dislike is that we can not go outside the college between the classes unless all lectures are completed , which is a good thing but from a student’s pov it is not a good thing.
- The college prganise parents teacher meeting after every semester which is not good from students perspective .
Remarks :
For admission in this college ive give an entrance exam for ggsipu which is CET in that i got 3078 rank i got this college in my first counselling. Main Factors which made me choose this college is it is near the metro station the gate of metro station is parallel to college enterance and connectivity of this college is too good . The bad thing about this college according to my pov is that it has limited courses otherwise the faculty infrastructure rules and everything are excellent.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is very friendly and have good experience of teaching . The infrastructure is best if we compare it to other colleges affiliato ggsipu . Rules and regulation are very good which make students disciplined.
Internships Opportunities :
As I’m in first year I haven’t opted for any internship but my seniors are doing internship in 3rd year which help them to see how the tech industry works and by which they can get an idea about there future that what they are going to do
Placement Experience :
Our institute organises placement programmes frequently in which various company comes to recruit students from our college . The highest salary package of our institute is 40 lpa and the average is 25 lpa .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In first year we have to pay 1.25 lacs including admission fee. In second and third year we have to pay 1.11 lacs we can do bca hons and only bca two bca hons duration is 4 years and bca is 3 years we can withdraw after 3rd year if we need
Campus Life :
The college organise too many events which make students happy and motivated recently we had teacher day function freshers garba fest diwali party christmas party all . The crowd is also good which help us to make good friends and create good society. Our college have many social clubs like sports club , tech club , eco club and so many .
Hostel Facilities :
The canteen of our institute is excellent . First of all it is clean and the workers maintain hygiene. The canteen is fully air conditioned you can forget about summers sitting in the canteen . Our institute’s canteen provide healthy and hygiene food.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
