- Faculty not all but some can be better sometimes it feels they lack some knowledge
- Grading system here is very bad and it is difficult to get good grades easily
Remarks :
For addmission in any bits pilani college you need to give bitsat and as we know bits pilani is a very reputated college in india so if you are getting admission here do not leave it it is way better than many nit and some iits to.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very diverse and future proof for the students There are lots of in campus facilities for students like sports food stalls. Medical centre. Bank. A huge campus to explore and much more
Internships Opportunities :
The college provides 2 intership 1st at end on second year(called PS1) 2nd in fourth year whenever you want(CALLED PS2) To be eligible for intership is also purely based on cgpa and your branch A cgpa of 8 is sufficient
Placement Experience :
Around 300 companies visit (like nvidia , microsoft,google, )the campus every year and around 98% students gets placed . The highest package was for 8000000 something With a median salary of around 2000000-2500000 . For eligibility for placement you should not have more than 4 backs and diffrent companies have different criteria based on cgpa and branch
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per semester tution fees is around 260000 Mess ,hostel totals 50000 Other advance 10000 There are two scholarship for students 1st is merit scholarships for students with high cg I.e top 1% gets 100% scholarships top 3% gets 80% scholarship top 5% gets 40% scholarship 2nd MCN( merit cum need) for those with family income less than 12 lpa If you are eligible for MCN you will get scholarship for sure
Campus Life :
The life is very good there are so many hostels mess for comfortable living Here occurs many fest but the three main ones are atmos the technical fest Pearl the cultural fest Arena the sports fest Apart from fest there are many clubs to join some examples are IEEE BITSMUN SAFL(FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING) SPORTS CLUB PHOENIX (FOR EEE STUDENTS) DOVE(FOR VIDEO EDITING) OTHERS ARE FOR SOUND MANAGEMENT, DANCE ,SING , CULTURAL CLUBS ETC.
Hostel Facilities :
The infrastructure is very good with clean bathrooms good rooms and polite staff. And mess and hostel are quite affordable at price of less than 50000 a semester And there is special night life of the campus as hostels have no in time

I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
