The CSE faculty here is very good. This college frequently competes in the Google Summer of Code and is at the par with institutions like IIT Bombay among others. There is no reservation here and students are solely selected upon their JEE merits only.
The course curriculum keeps changing according to the needs of the time. The faculty is very good and helpful. The institute usually follows the curriculum set by IIT Kanpur and keeps changing on it accordingly.
The complete fees for the program is Rs 26 Lakh for 4 years including mess and hostel charges. The fees increases by 10% every year. There are scholarship opportunities for the top jee rankers who take up this college. Also, if you are in the dual degree program here, the you can take up to be a teaching assistant and get you fees waived for the last year.
The social life is quite happening. There are various clubs and organising committees which keeps you busy all around the year. Also, it is quite big campus and sports facilities are also available. There are all kinds of books in the library. There are namely three fests- Plinth (Tech Fest), Desportivos (Sports fest) and Vivacity (Cultural Fest).
The food and hostel charges are quite high and often they deliver on it. The hostels are nice and habitable unlike other colleges. They are cleaned regularly and even the bathrooms are hygienic. The food services are managed by the same vendor as IIT Kanpur and IIT Delhi.
I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages
Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
