WHY GURUKUL KANGRI

- The thing I like most is that the faculty members doesn't give such big assignments to do and summit it all about 2 to 3 assignment a semester and they give you sometime to at least for study and anything
Dislikes
- The biggest disappointment of this college is that the college is not co-ed and the campus is too small when I get admission in the college I first I visit in the main campus the Gurukul kangri and I think the b.tech campus but when they told us to visit the BTech campus which is 10 km far from the main Gurukul kangri campus and when I saw the campus disappointed absolutely disappointed
Remarks :
The main Moti aur choosing Gurukul kangri because that I have didn't get that much of rank which make me in admission of any IIT or NIT I got 89% tile and I think it's enough to get any an it or at least triple IT in lower branch but Gurukul provides while doing my counselling I am not that so that I will get any at least and it triple it so I put Gurukul because we all know that it's one of the good gfti and after all these reports on Google and other platforms like college and other college duniya platform where most of the people put their opinions so then my family decide that it's not bad option to get an admission in Gurukul for BTech and the fee structure is not too much for my conditions so I decided and if you talking about that how we get admission the admission are through JEE and josa counselling and seesaab and there is no another option like interview or written test will taken for the admissions for at least for jee onces
Course Curriculum Overview :
If I am talking about the curriculum and academic facilities they are not that bad in most of the case if we if we compare it with NITs the no doubt that NIT has best labs and classrooms but being a gfti the buildings are okay the classrooms are good but the lap should be a little bit more facilitated like having some ACS and all but as per the fee structure that we have paid each your one lakh 110000 according to that we at least demand yaar ab AC facility in our lab and not about and if you talking about some other facilities like yeah we have a sports facility basketball there and we have football ground where we can play cricket to a table tennis court and everything and if we go about the faculties all of them are well educated and they have degree of I am take and PhD in even our PhD and masters from IIT and our deal as done all the his academics from IIT only so I can say the professors are well educated
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't talk any internship program from college because in my hometown I get some opportunity to do internship which is free for me and it's a four week internship which I did in My summer vacation and we have to submit the certificate to college is and its a prove that that we did the internship and its important for our degree to submit the certificate
Placement Experience :
Be honest the campus placement and opportunities are not that good in Gurukul kangri for b.tech at least because as you are not the cut off all goes to for BTech is too low means around 3 lakh 8 lakhs in last year it's 8 lakh for mechanical admission so as we all know that by 8 lakh the student to get such of rank can't get a higher placement at least in my point of view
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In my opinion overall it's not a bad option to select Gurukul for BTech if you get decent rank or not that much of rank to get an NIT or IIT otherwise if you talk about the fee structure it's well enough that anyone can afford but most of the student in my class in our batch are after loan or scholarship from their state and yeah I think won the 10000 is little bit expensive or maybe maybe expensive I am not that in that mean that it's too expensive but for few of students who are not that economically strong for them its sometimes a burden to pay 110000 each year and with all these they have to pay hostel fees who operated otherwise it's good and I took admission in 2022 and after that I witness two or three new batches sorry 3 new batches right now I am in 3rd year 6 m so I witness 3 new batches and its single time if you structure increases in my admission here 2022 it is around 110000 in 2023 it is 130000 and in 2024 its around 130 or 40000
Campus Life :
If I am talking about the campus life it's not that interesting because there is only one building and such a small campus and if we are talking about social life it's not a social life it's a boys only college it means all around was there no girl in the campus and this it means no interaction with anyone else except boys so we can't considered these things with social life about clubs so we have a gdsc club which is Google club and robotic club even we have aeromodelling Arrow modelling club and which is more interesting to make planes and if you talking about the budget and the receiver se antenna all this provide from the college and the infrastructure is all over its ok
Hostel Facilities :
Yeah I am already in hostel and we have hostel facility for 1st year it's definitely hostel facility but those who want hostel facility in their second year they get a hostel whose name is gurudutt boys hostel and but most of the boys after 1st year leave to their flat and PGS it's not about the facility it's about their own what their wish that they don't need hostel anymore because of because all everyone knows that how was hostels food and the facilities we get there if you talking about how to apply hostel it's easy just visit the hostel get the form fill it the form and they will send a challan to your mobile number just paid the amount and you will get the room

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
