- College infrastructure is good, specially the fraserValley. It is great and the college canteen.
Dislikes
- For me. I don’t think so. There is anything which I should dislike about the college infrastructure and the campus life. It is great.
Remarks :
As such there was no GDPI around for the college selection. It is all based on the percentage that you basically get in your class 12th that is married. Based admission criteria is followed throughout the admission process and there is no difficulty faced while taking the admission, it’s all online process and which you basically follow by filling up the DHE form.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Currently, I am in my first year and as a fresher, I can see that the faculty is supportive and the teachers are really well and they are totally supportive to us also throughout our journey. So overall experience till date in my college is great.
Internships Opportunities :
as a fresher. I am in the second semester. There is no internship opportunity, but in the second year, the internships came and then I will decide which internship to take, but my senior told me that there are internship opportunities definitely in the college and the stipend amount that the pay is accordingly to the task.
Placement Experience :
The campus placement review that I basically got to know about with the help of my seniors. They said to me that the placement cell is great and the placement opportunities that are in the college is also very good. Many big companies like before Deloitte, Accenture and ICICI Bank, visited in our college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total academic tuition fee ranges from 40,000 to 45,000 and additionally, we have to pay twice in a year semester wise ?3500 as an examination fees. Moreover, if you’re not able to meet the attendance criteria, that is 75%, then you have to pay the fine accordingly.
Campus Life :
The college campus and social life is great. Many programmes. Keep on going conducted in the college which give us a boost of entertainment with balancing class life. Also there are many clubs in college which basically helps us to polish our soft skills like communication, skills, and leadership.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I have not opted for hostel, but I have many friends in hostel and they basically tell me that the mess food is great and the hostel life also basically helps you to make so much of memories so overall experience of hostel as per as my friends, what they referred to me is good I have opted for flat

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Placements are average on comparison with other private colleges around here Highest package this year - 11.3Lpa The teachers help very much in placements and internship . The TPC cell of the college is dead for their work

Placement Experience :
The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
