In local engineering colleges in vizag Andhra university, Gitam, Gvp are the best ones. I couldn't get seat in any of those colleges so I preferred to get in anits as i was getiing only this college even after second round of counselling in ap eapcet.
The market when i was joining in 2021 was more favourable to software industry. In 2021 the year after covid many students got placed with 95% placement record so I chose CSE. Moreover I liked computer science that's y I chose CSE. MOST OF THE FACULTY ARE PURSUING Ph.D or M.Tech . The faculty are not so well qualified to be frank.
During campus placements, only the company offers an internship before full employment which is to be considered as internship. The internships offered at stipend of 25000 rs per month on site. Internships provided are really good.
You should not have any active backlogs. U must maintain a cgpa of above 7.0 always. Don't expect much help from the college in placments. You should be well prepared with coding and projects by july. Factset, Tejas networks, Inncircles, Infosys, Accenture, Tcs are some of the recruiters. The highest package is 10.8 LPA. Mostly developer and tester roles are offered. Nearly 60% students are placed.
there are 3 types of admissions. Category A through eamcet will have to pay 80000 rs per year. Category B students will have to pay 240000 rs per year. management quota students have to pay 8 lakhs at the beginning for cse and then 80000 rs each year. We have to pay additional fees of 2000 rs for placement training.
The campus life is not at all so good. It's boring. Every year one technical fest is conducted for 1 day and cultural fest for 1 day. The college fest wraps up within 2 days and not at all interesting. The only good thing is library where we have digital library as well as all the standard books of all branches of engineering.
The food quality in mess is not good at all. However we have to adjust. During the document verification itself we have a separate cabin for hostel enrollment where we can talk about the fees and all. Nearby college there are so many options which are better than college hostel to be frank. Khan's food court is a hotel nearby visited by most of the students for cheap and affordable tasty foods option in the loocality.
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
