Okay so main exam through which i took admission in this college was JEE mains... this college has an average package of around 10-11 Lpa which is quite decent for a private college with comparatively low fees... The cutoff for my branch was 1.7 lakh rank
Okay, i was aiming to take IT branch in this college but unfortunately according to my rank i was gettng ECE, but here the college faculty is quite helpful and friendly, there are total three exams in one semester... 2 mid terms and one endsem exam. Midsems are comparatively easier than the endsem
I haven't opted for any internship till now as i am in first year but my seniors have opted for internships in various companies. They even would get paid for that internship. I don't have much idea about the PPO but it's quite good
The placement in my college is quite decent, there are many companies that visit our campus like ZS, INFOSYS, TCS, GSHAW etc. Infact many students also prepare for gate exam to get mtech degree from IIT or get a job in PSU.
The total tution fees of my college is 182000 per year, which will be taken through the students in two phase... during the spot round and we were told to pay 90000 and the rest 92000 was taken after the admission...
The campus area of this college is 40 acres. There is a huge 4 floored library where we can issue books whenever we want. Moreover many cultural events take place in the college. The main official fest of this college is held on march month. There is less sports facility in yhis college.
Yes i have opted for hostel. To apply for hostel you have to come to warden office and ask for the room availability during the time of admission. The food quality of my college mess is really good and it's far better than any other pg food
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
