- The college management appointed the best teaching faculty. They will assign one mentor for the every student. That mentor will guide him and follow-up him in all the aspects. He is responsible for the placement of the student.
- The college management has taken a good decision for the students i.e in every year they will celebrate each and every event and fests for the students enjoyment.
Dislikes
- The canteen food has to be maintained good in quality and taste.
- The stationary shop has to be updated alot because when I go to the shop I don't get all the required things I want. Atleast they have to maintain what the students need .
Remarks :
The college PVPSIT is named for the placements in the society. It gives more than 75% of the placements for sure. Everyone wants to study in this college to get a job offer. The nature of the college is absolutely perfect. Lot of trees are surrounded in the college. The admission process for me is I didn't get seat in the counselling. I paid donation amount of Rs 4 Lakhs for the seat and then it reserved for me. After that I paid of Rs 5200 for the registration process. This is the actual process of the students who didn't get EAMCET rank. It will be more easier if they got the rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this college for my future. I need to improve my self and lead a wonderful life ahead. Without hardwork we can't able to go that stage . So pillars is the main thing for the building. So we need to start learning and persuing the knowledge from BTech onwards. So "PVPSIT is the best college to achieve my goals". So I choose this college and computer science and engineering course. The faculty qualification is very high. They all are well profiled and dignified people. They completed their MBA, Masters , PG's and Phd's. Their teaching skills are excellent and very easy to understand. They teach the complex chapters into the simple forms. The college management will conduct 2 Semester examinations, 2 Mid examinations and 3 Assignments examination. For every one month one assignment examinations will be conducted and for every 2 months mid examinations will be conducted and for every 6 months Semester examinations will be conducted. The exam pattern was designed by JNTU Kakinada.
Internships Opportunities :
The companies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini and Virtusa were the main targeted companies which gives the internship opportunities to the students. They have software Developer role, Programmer Analyst role, Associate Software Engineer role and Web Designer role etc... these are the main roles offered by the companies. They will give the stipend of Rs 13000 per month. But some companies like accenture, Tcs and Hcl are directly taking the students into their companies as the full time employees and giving the full salary to them. At the starting of the months they will train them and then they will be assigned to the projects. In internships we need to do the the required tasks regularly. If want to improve our skills and knowledge then only we can survive in this corporate life.
Placement Experience :
For the first thing, the aim of moto of this college was every student should go out of the college with atleast one job offer. This is the biggest aim for the college management. The eligibility criteria for placement is 6 Cgpa. Students must be maintained thier Cgpa properly. No one should have more than 1 backlog. The recruiters for our college is Cognizant, Capgemini, wipro, accenture, Hcl,Tcs,Epam, Amazon, microsoft, Virtusa, Torry Haris and Tech Mahindra etc .... Cognizant made 268 offers, Accenture made 319 Offers and Capgemini made 118 offers . The highest Package of the year is 52 Lpa offered by Amazon company. They average package of the year is 3 Lpa. The percentage of Students getting Placements is 80% .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid the total amount of Rupees Four Lakhs Fourty Thousand for 4 years of my education. For every year I paid rupees one lakh Ten Thousand. I paid extra amount of Rupees Five Thousand two hundred for the registration process. The college management will issue the fees structure different to the general students and the reservation students and the management students. I paid Rs 5200 for the registration process in the joining of the college. There are some types of scholarships for general students, reservation students and management students. For general students and management students the scholarships will be depends upon the merit of the student. When it comes to reservation students they will check the eligibility of the students for the scholarships. Some scholarships such as ONGC and ambedkar vidhya deevan are the most applied scholarships for the reservation students.
Campus Life :
This is the one of the best college which celebrates all the events and fests. For every 2 months they will conduct event's and fest. In the January month they will celebrate Sankranthi festival event's . Farewell Event's and signature day's are the most memorable moments for the final year students. Extra curricular activities and co Curricular activities will be conducted for the students to improve their skills and talent. The sports events will be conducted in the September month. Finally the biggest event of the college was Annual Day. This day is celebrated grandly. College Management will invite the celebrities for this event. There is one big library in our college. In that library all type of books and journals are available. The classrooms are very clean and have a projector for the understanding purpose. There are some clubs which gives and encourages the talent of the students in many aspects such as sport's , drawing, Acting and speaking etc... clubs like Yoga & NCC .
Hostel Facilities :
I didn't stayed at hostel because my house is 100 meters away from the college. So I will come by bike daily to the college. I don't need to stay in the hostel. But my friends are staying in the college hostel because they came from various districts. They told that the food is somewhat ok but rooms has to be maintained more clean. They will be worried about their hostel all the time when they are with me. They will not eat food regularly in the hostel because of the taste. We all go to canteen or outside the college to eat the food. The registration process is we need to pay amount to the college management then they will allot a room to you. This Hostel was located at kanuru, Vijayawada.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
