- I like the faculty, they are good and helpful, also education.
- Hostels are also good , campus is good like greenery , gardens
Dislikes
- Placements are very poors , almost 10-20% in mechanical and my branch Smart manufacturing.
- Mess food is very bed , they took good amount from student but provide a very bed quality food .
Remarks :
If you want to take admission in IIIT Jabalpur or any IIIT and NIT , you should have a good rank in jee exam , and do counselling then like joosa and a special round csab for vacant seats . No interview just counselling and fees deposit. I took coaching for jee from Allen kota as a droper.
Course Curriculum Overview :
All faculties are phd graduate and some I have higher than this like post doc form foreign universities. Faculties have good education but have lack for teaching methodology. IIITs and nits have same exam scheme mainly 2 quiz 1 mid term 1 end term in semester and may be you have course lab viva etc . Exam are moderate to difficult to pass to a Normal student.
Internships Opportunities :
No internship available for smart manufacturing and mechanical, what u can do is btp- bachelor thesis project under a professor. No company will come for internship in mechanical and Smart manufacturing engineering. But u can do research project in other collages like nits and iits .
Placement Experience :
Placement are very poor for mechanical engineering as well as Smart manufacturing engineering, only in cs placement is average. If you only concern is placements then please don't go in this college in mechanical as well as Smart manufacturing engineering. Placements are really very poor . No help from placement coordinator or officer for sm ME guys . No internship, no companies for mechanical and Smart manufacturing except one or two . 15/80 students are placed from my batch in non mechanical field.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for obc and general was around 73k tution fees +15k mess fees per semester and multiple by 2 to get yearly fees . There is no tution fees for sc and st . There are mainly two types of scholarship available 1) MCM- merit come mean scholarship for obc and general for top 20% students income below 2 lakh but now it's 10% students income 6-8 lakh , schlorship cover complete tutation fees . And A government scholarship for sc and st .
Campus Life :
Campus is midium size and greenery, it's has many cultural club , sport clubs , college have many sport facilities including jim and bedminton court , a cricket ground, a football ground, one tennis group court etc . College library is good , no need to buy books from market or somewhere else . Fest happens on yearly basis .
Hostel Facilities :
There is one central mess , mess food quality is very bed in respect to others colleges also mess fees is very high in compare to food quality. Hostels are mendotory, hostels are good , all basic facilities are there including jim and sport inside hostel also .

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
