Dislikes
- Nothing i can say was bad or i dislike about college, but the college need to really add more things in the bake shop.
Remarks :
Anyone who is passionate to cook, and serve guest, anyone interested in bar tending, passionate for the hospitallity sector, IHM Pusa is the the place where you must be. And No, there were no GDPI for the admission, we just need to give the entrance exam to get into the institute, also according to what rank you got, the college will be alloted, as IHM pusa is topped rank, we need to get under AIR 200 (general) and it gets more compared to quotas
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was passionate for cooking in my whole life and my Passion bring me to take admission in this college. Faculty too need to give exam for the qualification to take the post of lecturer, also every faculty there is well versed with the hotel experience and they are really supportive, though they get strict during the classes but behind the class they are chill, i know this because i have experienced that, no one can imagine that this teacher can be this much frank. Exam are taken twice in a semester one is mid term and term end exams and the difficulty level is on the mild side, nothing comes out of syllabus, whatever the notes are given, questions comes from that only.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is compulsory, actually a complete semester is of internship only, internship is provided by the college during 2nd year with the first half people goes in 3rd sem as summer internship and rest studies the course and vice verse for the rest half, usually training and real life exposure is given to students during training in hotels
Placement Experience :
College provide 100% placement records, companies like Taj, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson, ITC, maintained to come every year, placement usually starts during 5th and 6th semester, companies starts to come in that phase. Mostly brands comes for the management trainees program.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Sem 1. - 80,125 {extras are admission and enrollment fees(one time), tuition fees, examination fess, ignou registration fees, caution money and institutional fees} Sem 2. - 53,275 Sem 3. - 71,450 Sem 4. - 54,700 Sem 5. - 78,950 Sem 6. - 61,900 the fees differ because of different fees ammount like in starting of every year wee need to pay ignou fees, because earlier the institute was affiliated with IGNOU and now it is affiliated by JNU And it is increasing every year, when i paid was 4,00,400 for 3 years, currently for 2024-27 batch it is 4,92,515 for 3 years. And the institute provide scholarship to 1-2 people with AIR 1 and 2 or the nearby person if they admission
Campus Life :
Every day something happens in college, like events, function, seminars. And to make them successful college have different clubs to support. College provide you a liberary in the campus. Every national day is celebrated in our college, college have garden where people can relax after the classes during intervals, there are too many extra curricular activities that the person can participate and this is the only the college is at the topped ranked, no one can get bore in the college.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes i did applied for hostel, in opted tripple sharing room, college have single bed rooms too, if someone need to get the hostel, college share the notice for that, and the hostel is provided according to first come fist serve criteria, food and everything are good. And if you didn't got the hostel there are places nearby where you can find flats like patel nagar, shadipur, todapur.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
