NMIMS Hyderabad (MBA) Review
Remarks :
The curriculum is industry-oriented and keeps up with the current industrial situations. For admission, you must clear NMAT, sit for the WATSON/GLASER test, and qualify for the PI round. Cutoff for NMAT usually hovers around 207-209
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is very experienced and carries relevant industry knowledge. Several faculties have worked in MNCs and bring their vast experience to their classes. A case based teaching is followed throughout the course with material from Harvard and other Ivy League institutions. Bloomberg terminals are also available on campus for the students to explore.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are mandatory at the end of the first year. The Placement Committee floats these opportunities. The average salary for internships is around 30-35k. Companies such as Oxane Partners, Deloitte, Crisil, Wells Fargo, Dell, Trade India etc are regulars at our campus.
Placement Experience :
Placements and job opportunities are good here. The placecomm does a lot of hard work to bring in good companies at our campus. Avg salary stands at around 13 LPA while the highest is around 28 LPA. 100% students are placed every year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees are around 1250000 for academics and around 120000 for hostel accommodation. Merit-based scholarships are available but you need to check the website for updated details. There is no reservation quota here also some seats are reserved for female candiadates.
Campus Life :
Life at the campus is pretty lively. There are a lot of clubs and committees on campus that will help in the holistic development of the students beside academics. Classrooms are equipped with the latest smartboards for e-learning.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are 4 sharing. They have AC and housekeeping services are provided. There's a laundry too in the hostel premises along with a gym, games room, mini theatre etc. This is a vegetarian campus hence most of the days veg food is served except for boiled eggs on some days.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.

NIAT is a relatively new institute the first batch hasn't graduated yet, so there isn't any official placement record available. However the college has done a good job of preparing students through practical learning, coding and real world projects. Many students have already secured internships from the first year itself which gives them valuable industry experience. Along with technical skills the college also provides guidance for resume building and interviews, making students feel more confident about future placement opportunities.
A Complete Review of JNTUH: Opportunities and Campus Life

Eligibility is that we must maintain atleast 60-70% aggregate overall without any active backlogs. Recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, AWS etc. Total no. of offers made: All branches combined get 700-1100+ offers. Highest package is 52 lpa offered by AWS, and average package is about 6 lpa. About 60% students get placements. After getting my degree, I intend to get a good job in campus placements in companies like AWS, and go towards VLSI field
