For our course, we had a basic criteria of a minimum score in our boards. We were also required to write an online test consisting of English and general aptitude questions. This college has a 100% placement rate for design and 4 more departments. Considering the amount of facilities, fests, opportunities, and placements, this college is a far better option than most other colleges in Bangalore. Preparation for this test is easy if you're a diligent student.
The course has moderate difficulty level, and gives importance to both, theoretical knowledge and hands on experience. There are a lot of new things we explore in the first year, and based on our skill, we could even be offered internship right from the second year. It teaches us the digital medium as well, including 3D modelling.
Not yet as I'm still in my first year. Based on our performance, we can still choose a company and work hard towards getting an internship right now so that I have a higher chance of getting selected.
The design course statistically has 100% placements, and we are encouraged to start freelancing right from second year, to help us get a feeling of our profession. From a starting point of 10,000 all the way to lakhs were offered. Recruitment is based mainly on skill and secondarily on our knowledge.
As a day scholar, gaining no extra benifits like scholarship or reservations, I'm expected to pay the full amount of two lakh, thirteen thousand. People who opt for hostel pay an additional amount, varying from 60,000 to 1,00,00; depending on the campus, catagory, and gender. According to my hostel friends, amenities like washing machine, attached bathroom, regular good food etc are provided. There are a few additional purchases for our course product design. Students are asked to get art supplies throughout the year, that add upto around 10,000 rupees. This however is an investment, and will be used throughout the course of our 4 years. The workshop provides a lot of facilities and amenities. Additionally, we have access to digital and physical libraries, as well as labs. All of these can be used anytime, just by using our ID cards.
Campus life is great. The design fest is Akaira, held in the month of February. Seniors are sweet and there's no unnecessary communication. There are physical and digital libraries available with several different sources. There are digital screens, boards and even recordings available. Notes can be taken from the official website with our student login credentials. Many sports events are conducted on the sports day, and students are encouraged to take them seriously.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
