- College faculty is very supportive and well behaved, library is very good . Campus Life is overwhelming.
- The surroundings of college is very peaceful and beautiful. There are also many cafeteria, general stores and medical stores so overall campus Life is very good and memorable.
Dislikes
- There is very limitations on extra curriculum activities like sports facilities etc.
- There is minimum chances of getting campus placement.
Remarks :
The college is very famous and one of the best agriculture college in dehradun, my seniors are there who approached me for taking admission. The college provide direct admission based on merit of 12th board exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are total 8 semester in this course, and there is timely exam is conducted internally or externally. Practical exam is also mandatory for students. Course faculties are good, well behaved and very supportive.
Internships Opportunities :
I have facilitated In a internship program which is organised by college itself. Agrijoy company related to hydroponic farming, I'm there as intern for 6 months, they also given 5000 stipend per month. College yearly provides internship program for last year college students.
Placement Experience :
There is some limitations on campus placement, company comes and visit and often select the large no. Of students but also sometime there is no campus placement at all so you have to focus on placement outside the campus. I am preparing for ibps afo.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
College fee for 1 semester is 30000 so for 1 year the fee is 60000 and total course fee is 240000. One time registration fee is 10000(non refundable), dress fee is 7500. No scholarship programs are available in the college.
Campus Life :
The college is very good for study, but there is limitations on extra curriculum activities. Yearly fest is celebrated, also freshers day is celebrated but there is no any sports related curriculum. Infrastructure of campus is not so large but quite good. There is a big library and canteen for students to relax outside classroom.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is very good for students. There are 3 hostels in which one hostel is inside the campus while other two are are outside the campus , bus facility is there for outsiders. Hostel mess is quite good , provide very healthy foods. In a day there are two large meals and two breakfast. Laundry facility is available also.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
