- Mount carmel college has great infrastructure with grear facilities on campus
- Its also a fun place to be in also hosts great fests and events
Dislikes
- There is actually nothing to dislike but the only thing to dislike is a bit small infrastructure
- Also there is only one girls hostel in which they give admissions only on marks basis
Remarks :
Yes i wrote a physical entrance examination for this specific course and then they will email the offer letter if selected also in some course 12th marks critirea is also applied a student should minimum have a 85% marks
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculim and academics are toom good even the teachers are very nice the teachers are so sweet the academic culture is very nice good handpicked syllabus and books also the library has great books for students to refer
Placement Experience :
The placemets and internship opportunities are very nice as the college is in the city center and near all the mncs the college provide a great placement opportunities good bunch of companies and they craft students in a way to crack them
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
75000 per semester Which includes the lab feees the extra curicullar activity fees the tution fees the fees of different department is based on thier faculty and the type of course they opt for which means lab or no lab
Campus Life :
Life at campus is great there is events happening every other day there are confrences being held people form different countries diffrent regions visit share there exeperience provide opportunities for the students
Hostel Facilities :
Yes i have opted for hostel they allot hostel based on your marks in pre university there is only one girls hostel they provide 4 times meals which almost includes non veg on alrernative days the hostel in timings are 6:30 pm from morning 6:30 am

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
