- The canteens- we find lunch snacks icecreams milkshakes fruits and what not
- Parks- very peaceful to sit and do your work and click pictures when you dress up
Dislikes
- Faculty- they are sometimes not very friendly if you once go on their bad side
Remarks :
There are many branches and people from different places come and join here, there is a lot of scope to indulge in activities, build connections and gain experiences. And there is a online admission test conducted before admissions.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Most of the faculty are highly qualified, research pHd scholars. Mid term exams used to be 3 in total but now its only one. Its 70:30 exam mark pattern. 70 internals, 30 externals which is final exam.
Placement Experience :
Placement percentage is quiet good too. Everybody who opt for placements will be encouraged to apply for every company. It is better to keep your gpa above 7 so it will be very likely for you to apply to every company that comes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For students who joined in 2022 like me, fee for BSc Biotechnology was 90,000/- if it was paid one time per year. If paid sem wise extra 1500-2000 rupees might be added. And yes, the fee structure keeps increasing every year. Now it is above 1 lakh per year
Campus Life :
This is a very good university. Has many clubs. Gaining experience through leading and organising events is very likely. There will be many fests organised too. Will be stress buster for sure. There are good facilities, digital library and book-libraries too. Sports, gym and other facilities are provided too. Greenery everywhere, good picture spots, very near to beach and cafes too.

Placement Experience :
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month.The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Placement Experience :
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
