Remarks :
Siddhartha Degree college for women's has excellent academic arena to embrace the emerging trends in academics and industry. The college focuses on ‘Distinctive Educational Environment’ which emphasis on developing social and ethical values among the students, while equipping them with right knowledge and skills to meet the dynamics of the global market. The admission is done on the basis of merit in dost application every year.
Course Curriculum Overview :
BCA provides a solid foundation to enter the IT industry. BCA provides variety of career paths such as software development, web development, systems administration, data analysis, networking, and cybersecurity. It helps you develop technical skills in programming languages, databases, web technologies, software engineering, and networking. These skills are in high demand in the job market. The Semester examination happens every 5 to 6 months which is conducted by osmania University. Every semester there are 2 internal examination and a practical examination.
Internships Opportunities :
Not internships but Siddhartha provides many value add on certification courses, life skills training sessions and Interview skills ensure that there is wholesome learning experience designed to empower and nurture leaders of the future.
Placement Experience :
There were 800+ placements in companies like WELL FARGO, AMAZON, INFOSYS, WIPRO, GENPACT, TCS, FUTURE FOCUS GROUP, Hetero Lab, Infinity Learn, SNOVASYS, Movate Css Crop etc.. In the year 2022-2023, and the number of placements keep increasing every year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees varies from 35000 to 40000. It can be reduced according to your 12th grade marks. Registration fees 500 Record fees 1000 Examination fees varies from 2000 to 5000 depending upon the course. Government scholarship is provided for the state students.
Campus Life :
The campus life is fun. We have few events every semester such as unity day, traditional day and many other fest. The college provides library with all the course books available. The classrooms are well maintained as well as the labs are fully equipped.
Hostel Facilities :
No hostels are provided by Siddhartha Degree college for women's. The campus has no hostels but there are many private hostels near by which are separate for boys and girls. Many students stay in the hostel s near by.

Students who maintain a good academic record and possess strong technical and communication skills have better chances of getting placed. Generally, students with no active backlogs and a minimum academic percentage as specified by the recruiting company are eligible to participate in campus placements. A few recruiters visit the college for hiring, mainly for entry-level roles in software, IT support, and core engineering domains. However, the number of offers is limited, and only around 40–50% of students secure campus placements. The average salary package offered ranges from ?3–4 LPA, while the highest package varies depending on the company and the student's performance. The college also encourages students to apply for paid internships, which help them gain practical industry experience and improve their technical skills

I am still in my second year, so I havent sat for placements yet. But the college starts preparing us early with coding practice, projects, aptitude training, resume building sessions, and mock interviews. FRom interacting with seniors, I have heard that students who stay consistent with their skills get good opportunities

I feel the support is there throughout the journey, the more effort you put in, the more you can benefit from these opportunities.

From what I have experienced the college starts preparing us for placements much earlier than I expected. We regularly have coding practice, project work, resume reviews, aptitude sessions and mock interviews, so you are improving little by little instead of waiting for the final year. The college also shares internship and job opportunities with students. I feel the support is definitely there but your results depend on how much effort you put into building your skills.

Placement Experience :
Since I am still a student I haven't gone through the final placement season yet. But from what I have seen the college starts preparing us quite early. We have regular coding sessions, aptitude training, mock interviews and resume building workshops. The placement team also shared internship opportunities whenever they are available. I feel the college is more focused on making students job ready than waiting until the final year. If you stay consistent with your coding, projects and overall skills, you will be in a much better position when placement season starts. Overall I think the college provides good support, but students also need to put in their own effort.

As a current student I haven't reached the final placement season yet but the college has already started preparing us. We get regular updates about internship opportunities, and many students apply from the early semester itself. Along with that there are sessions on resume writing, aptitude, communication skills and interview preparation. The college also encourages us to build projects and improve our technical skills, which helps while applying for internships. I feel these small efforts throughout the course will make a big difference when placements begun.
