- there number of clubs and societies in our college which allows us to explore our passion also develop various skills connections.
- since our campus covers a massive 650 acres in area there is a lot of greenery due to which it looks beautiful, especially during monsoon.
- sports facilities at our campus is excellent .
Dislikes
- because of the massive area of 650 acre coverage by the campus , a lot of area is not managed properly.
- though it has diminishedragging still happens to some extent.
- even though a cell tower is installed in campus still there is network problem in hostels.
Remarks :
the things i liked about my college are 1) there are number of clubs and societies in our college which allows us to explore our passion and also develop various real life skills and connections. 2) since our campus covers a massive 650 acres in area there is a lot of greenery due to which it looks beautiful, especially during monsoon season. 3) sports facilities at our campus is excellent. bad aspects of college are 1) though it has diminished ragging still happens to some extent. 2)even though a cell tower is installed in campus still there is network problem in hostels. you can take admission in MANIT bhopal on through JEE MAINS exam rank. since i am from chemical engineering ,the cutoff of my branch for general category is 31406(home state quota ) and 24066(other state). there is no PI/GD Round for admission so youo don't have to prepare for that. you only have to prepare for jee mains . i did preparation for jee mains was from a reknown institute.
Course Curriculum Overview :
in this course i directly relate to industries like pharmaceutical,food or energy had piqued my interest and it offers career path to different industries. the curriculum prepares us takes us to industrial visit to learn about how industries works and also we learn about various machineries and equipments used for various processes in the industry. all the faculties have done B.Tech, M.Tech and Phd from different top universities and they have around 15-20 years of teaching . all the faculties have great and deep knowledge about their subject . and they deliver their lectures in a very smoooth way and they are very helpful and friendly. there are three theoretical exam per semester and they are moderate though the dfficulty level depends upon the subject and individuals understanding and interest in the subject.
Internships Opportunities :
There are many internship opportunities available at college like working as an research intern at any college also many companies like google , microsoft, etc .provides on campus internship opportunities , also students can apply for off campus internships at different companies. The stipend offered by companies like microsoft and google is about 125k -150k per month . since , i am only a second year student i am not knowledgeable about projects for internships.
Placement Experience :
students are eligible for campus placement after sixth semester and if no campus placements are offered to students ,students can apply for off campus placement in other comapnies or apply for GATE exam and continue further studies or join psus. few visited recruiter and number of offer made are , Atlassian =9 , Park+ =4, google =5, paypal =5 ,etc. the highest package was offered by the company atlassian which was of 82 lpa the average package is 15-16 lpa. last year around 85% of students got placed . After getting degree i will go for higher studies in abroad.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
in the first year i had paid total fee 215000 which was consist caution money(one time refundable)=5000, one time fee=8000, tuition fee=125000 , other fee=16000, hostel caution fee(one time refundable)=5000 , hostel fee=31000,and 25000 as mess fee. for the reservation category(like management ,sc,st) tuition will be zero so they have to pay 90000 per year. my one batchmate is from sc category he is paying fee 90000 per year .
Campus Life :
My college experience with campus life has been great the campus is quite beautiful and especially from social aspect i have made quite a lot of new friends anve gotten close to few and though the number of those i not a lot but they are like home away from home and as for the club involvement i am not in any club as of now but i m thinking of joining literature club as i am interested in creative writing. the names of annual and technical fests are Tooryanaad , Maffick , E-Summit and Technosearch and they are held in september ,october , March and february respectively. there are a number of books provided in the library from literature to academic books to humanities, since in my college there are management and arts students as well so library has books of subjects like history , politics , economics, etc. sports facilities in our college is quiet good, you can choose any game according to your interest . the clubs runs by students are E-Cell , Tooryanaad, Aaroha, Think India
Hostel Facilities :
yes i have opted college hostel , the facilities in the hostel is very good and infrastructure is also good . all the rooms are fully furnished . but there is problem of cell network in the hostel and the distance between hostel and department is more so you will have to cover large distance. hostel mess food quality is good but taste is moderate . there is diiferent menu for different days. registration process for hostel is very simple , just fill the form and required document along with form and submit it to authority. the hostel fee is 31000 per year so it is affordable. there is some apartments outside the campus which give their flat on rent .

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.
An unexpected journey

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
