Remarks :
The good part of uttaranchal university is the infrastucture management faculty and the location Admission is merit based on the 12th percentage The required percentage of admission in uit is 60% having pcm in 12th from any recognised board The bad aspects of the university is lack of communication between faculty and the students some rude officials and high fee structure
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is btech cse I chose this course because of the high demand of the tech in todays generation as ai is taking over the things my interes in computers made me chose btech cse Faculties are friendly and experienced explains wisely without any false information with proper notes assignments And important questions and tips there were 2 exams in any semester 1mid term 1 end term which gaps between 2-2 months
Internships Opportunities :
As I'm in first year of my college now I've not for any internship programs but seniors are doing great as college provides internship programs for 2-3rd year students with good stipend and provies useful experience which helps in placements and improves their knowlegde and experience
Placement Experience :
Placements at university is good at their level many mnc companies as well as local companies comes for placement every year for every course and with a very gd successful rate the placements ends they provides internships programs regardings different fields and different dipartments with variety of paid as well as unpaid intersnhips
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fee for the btech cse first year is :-2,56,980 They provide scholarship for the students getting 70% to 80% in 12th board :- 11,000 80& to 90% :- 22,000 90% to 100% :- 33,000 I paid 256980 for the first year of btech cse Where the tution fee is :- 110000 Library fee :-800 Examination fee :- 4600 Development fee :10840 Online student information fee:-1500 Student welfare fee :-750 It is not increasing currently
Campus Life :
The campus life is full of entertainment we've engineersday celebration of 2 days regarding the celebration of engineers day which consists of hackathons , games, dance,fashion show etc another we're having fest at university level named yuva fest in the moth of april or may which consists of concerts dance music games etc. University consists many clubs comiitees regarding education health sports knowledge etc
Hostel Facilities :
I've opted for the pg near the college campus but as I heard of the college hostels the descipline were very maintained as there were timings for outings safe for girls mess food were good and very evry day

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
