Remarks :
I gave a written test for admission to BITS Pilani which is BITSAT. I scored pretty decent and got the Top 2nd branch in the main campus (apart from this there are 3 more campuses like Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai). I scored 374/450 in the test. Factors responsible for me choosing this college was it's ranking pan-India. It ranks among the Top 5 IITs and probably has the best alumni network.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum was very well organised. College has a vast number of experienced faculties with professor under a PhD degree . The difficulty level of the exams was slightly on the higher side. We had a schedule floated in the beginning of the semester which states the date of final exam of all courses. So the term exams were timely done.
Internships Opportunities :
I opted for an internship in the 4th year of my course. Companies like JP Morgan, American Express, Nomura hired for finance based roles. Project given to me at my company was to design the infotainment system of an electric 2 wheeler.
Placement Experience :
Different companies hiring at the campus had different eligibility criteria based on CGPA and Branch. Few visited recruiters were Nvidea, ARM, Amazon, BCG, etc. Total offers made were close to 700. Highest package of 1.12 Cr was made by Mondelez. Almost 100% students were placed. I prefer to pursue a master's degree after getting the degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid around 25 lakhs for 4 years. Per year around 6 lakh rupees most of which was covered under tuition fee (~85%). There is no reservation in BITS. People get 2 types of scholarships - Merit Scholarships (if you have a high CGPA at the end of every sem) and Merit-Cum-Need Scholarship (if your family income is less than a certain number and you have a good CGPA then you're eligible).
Campus Life :
We basically had 3 major fests- 1. Oasis - our cultural fest which India's 2nd best cultural fest. Happens in Nov end. 2. Apogee - our tech fest happens in March 3. BOSM - our sports fest happens in September We had a world class library with lakhs of books managed in a well organised manner. We have a Mars rover team, a F1 student chapter, Cubesat team (team Anant) and Consulting Club etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Every student studying in the campus was either in the Hostel or a Day scholar (local person living in Pilani). Hostel Mess was very clean and hygienic with good quality food. Hostel and mess food comprise the remaining 15% of the salary. Both are very affordable.

I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages

Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
Course Curriculum Overview :
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
