GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE WAYANAD
Remarks :
First I wrote the Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical(KEAM) Entrance Exam after plus two because I have little interest on Engineering. After finishing it I have around below 25000 keam rank .In the first allotment l got the MES college of engineering in kuttippuram . In there the fees was very high. After the second allotment I got the government engineering college Wayanad.comparing it with MES college it is better with fees and with better college life. That's why I am in the GEC Wayanad. When I compare GEC Wayanad with MES it's far better.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our department is Electrical and electronics engineering (EEE) overall the faculty was good. There are good teachers for helping and clearing the doubts. The teachers are very friendly. They all are very qualified teachers.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees is about 10000rs .That belongs 2250 in uniform then 50 for identity card .The 8000 Is for PTA fund and extra I give an 800 for bus fee. The over all fees is around I think it's 12000.
Campus Life :
The college life in Government College of Engineering Wayanad (GECW) is very good. When I entered this college there was full of festival for welcoming the freshers and they conducted two big freshers party. When I look in college library there is wide varieties of books of engineering and other entertaining books When we talk about the amenities in the college there are many labs and projectors on all classrooms. Sports in this college is wonderful I have entered f zone in kho kho men game. There are many clubs and that is good for engineering and other activities.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
