- Apart from Sakchi campus area, karim City is 30 times better than any other colleges .
- Karim city provides rooms for every clubs, huge auditorium, cafeteria, libarary, 2-3 laboratories for every departments.
Dislikes
- The playground of Sakchi campus is not as big enough to organize any football, basketball matches.
- However, the faculties are looking into this matter and very soon we'll get big campus.
Remarks :
Yeah, there was a small group discussion within my family, where it was finalised to take admission here. Actually I was planning to drop out, but thanks to my seniors who accompanied and gave me correct guidance.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Well, karim city is considered as best of all in the field of academics and extra curriculam in the district. Further,because it's my first semester i just appeared for my internals which were very kindly explained by the teachers before hence, most of us didn't felt any difficulty answering except those who didn't attended classes due to their personal issues.
Internships Opportunities :
NO, but I am willing to. And I also believe that my results will definitely provide me a good internship. I've started opting for the projects and I hope I'll establish a good mindset in not only my college but in the minds of maximum number of population.
Placement Experience :
Karim city promise to offer the best intership and placement. Seen my passed out seniors telling about about their placements , some still getting higher job opportunities and rest got internships in abroad institutes and research centres. And after all these I genuinely feel I've chosen the best education provider of Jamshedpur.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So, the semester fee overall is approx 10,000/- Also I'm saying approximately because the deposit differs from department to Department based on there subject's requirement. No it doesn't varies according to category.
Campus Life :
Initially, I wasn't ready to move out and interact with people out there because obviously I was scared of ragging and who doesn't. But karim city is something else seriously very interactive, socializing, supportive in every terms whether it's about teachers,staffs, your seniors, batchmate everybody. No facing of difficulties for books or journals or novels, it's easily available in library with variety of categories of books. The kolhan university website is a great example of appearance of it's every branch in Jharkhand.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I'm not a PG student but I've seen students of Mango campus and Sakchi campus coming from hostel and trust me they are more happy, joyful towards their academics and punctuality than the UG students.

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.

You have to at least maintain 7CGA for sitting in placement season company like Wipro Infosys come here placement season. Average package of BBA is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80% Student are placed through campus placement. My plan after getting degree pursuing MBA
My Dream College

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
