Likes
- The college has a great infrastructure whether it is in case of college building places to hangout or to do other activities
- The faculty is helpful in many situations whether it is to give help during external practicals providing good learning material or to give classes they sometimes lack to do so but most of the faculty is very good the doctor in medical room is really helpful to students with trauma and to other students for generally sharing their emotions
Dislikes
- The college has many fights which are ignored due to poor management of the college and this is a real issue of safety for the students
- The college somewhere lacks in providing value for money as other colleges in the university are fully ac and our college has air conditioning only in labs, auditorium and some other rooms
Remarks :
The factors for choosing this college is that This college has easy conveyance as it is just 5 minutes away from kashmiri gate metro station and Kashmiri gate metro station was 3 lines red, yellow and violet line which covers most of the major places of Delhi from gurgaon, faridabad, ghaziabad and rohini Also there are other metro station near to this college Red line - seelampur, shastri park and welcome Pink line- jafarabad, welcome and khajuri( upcoming metro ) It is one of top colleges of ggsipu (ip university) the crowd of this college is also more than average as this college offers many courses - bba, mba, bballb, ballb, b.tech- cse, cs, cst,it, ai. ml, ai. ds, ece, mechanical, and only college in ip University that offers civil engineering (inside delhi) Infrastructure - the college has 5 blocks it has a massive cricket ground, a good football ground, a basket ball court, a volleyball court,a place for table tennis with 3 tables and a good sports room and indoor
Course Curriculum Overview :
Choosing this course was simple as it is the most demanding course in india( with most of the people in this course) To get admission in this college I have to give an exam conducted by ip university every year with the name of leet (lateral entry entrance test) in which around 1500 students apply every year and to get cse in this college you have to score at least 600 rank ( this is the last rank and this will give you seat in spot round) in the sport round there are many seats available for the students which are vacant and student can take them at the last spot round Most of the teachers in this college have completed there masters or PHD in specific subjects the hods change every few years which result in poor internal marks when the first semester start the students will get a time of one and half month but after the first sessional exam the student will only get a time of less than half month and the time will fly during fests
Internships Opportunities :
the college does not provide any internship on their own you have to keep on searching for internships from third or fourth year in college syllabus there is no classes in 7th and 8th semester the college will give you NOC for attending internships and placements the college does not help students in anyway for internships the student have to find that on their own for learning computer languages student have to study on their own if you don't know any language the teacher will not give you any extra time to help you out this is a major concern for many student the leader entry student from other field except computer science and it struggles a lot in this scenario
Placement Experience :
The companies which come to the college are limited but when the college placement occurs the company comes to college every after few week there are a lot of companies with come to this college but most of them have average packages for a student of computer science there is a average package of 4 lakh many talk companies come to this college but they take most of the student on very low package
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for the students of lateral entry at the time of admission was 149000 in 2023 and it increases every year by 10% This fees includes tuition fees, university charges, security deposit of 10000 rs. and other charges The security deposit is meant to be returned to the students but it is never given back to them as long as I have heard from pass out students This fees does not include any books, files and any other stationary charges students have to purchase them on their own There will be 2 fests per year one will last for 3 days and it is free to attend by students of any college of this University and this fest last for 3 days by the name of adgips utkarsh But for the other fest students have to buy passes which are of 250 rupees initially and goes to 400 rs. As the time goes on For second and third year the fees is 137900 which also increases by 10% every year This fees is for second third and forth year of the college The fees is same for all categories
Campus Life :
Information there are so many society's in the college which helps the student to interact with other courses students apart from that the student can also take part in sports and competitions which happen very often, the crowd of this college is mixed there are students which take admission from different states mostly from Bihar and up but most of the students are from different part of Delhi but but there are many students from local area of Seelampur and Shastri Park and most of them tends to have fights and pranks like firing crackers and other notorious thanks like this which makes the college campus a little bit unsafe specially during the time of freshers and fests The college has many societies like NSS, enactus, awaaz, alfaaz, freak streets, ieee and so on all the societies hel d organise many functions competitions and occasions time to time these societies include Dance societies, social works societies, anchoring and cultural societies The college library has limited books
Hostel Facilities :
The menu of the college canteen has a good variety it is affordable and the quality is average in comparison to college food the nest cafe available in the college also provide average quality product there are very few food shops and cafes near college There is no hostel facility available in this college but the rooms available near the college is affordable the locality is not really good but you can take a PG near Mukherjee Nagar which is not far from this college the overall college is not very good in case of value for money but if you read the overall college experience it will be value for money

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
