- The campus life is pretty good. They provide facilities like gym, cafeteria, library, labs etc. Every class room is hightech and very clean. The faculty is very freindly and they'll even teach us personally
- The colleges infrastructure is great and beutinfull. The camous is the reason for me to enter this college and it was a wonderfull experience
Dislikes
- The main thing i dislike about this college is after the college time, i need to travel 14 kms to my pg and i use college bus but it will never take us on time it will be atleast one hour late even when the drivers are available and i am sick of it
- There are some stray dogs inside the college. After we complainted the stray dogs were taken care of. But even after that the stary dogs manage to get inside the campus
Remarks :
We need to score above 55 percent marks in our board exams to enter this college, there is no other written tests or interviews for entering harsha college. The main factor that made me select this was its beatiful campus its environment friendly, and that environment is good for education. It is not that hard to get into this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is good, but sometimes we don't understand their teachings and we just need to inform them they will personally take classes till we understand the topic. They are very freindly. I took bcom with CA. The CA teachers were official chartered accountants and they took the teavhing to next level. Exam are semester wise it will come between 5 or 6 months. The exams are not that hard if we study its too easy to scire more than 90 percent and they are are allied with bangloor university
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We need to pay 1,80,000 for the the first year, for the next two years we will be paying 60,000 for each year. There is great program called harshotsava it like a college fest and we need to pay 2000 for it every year and its totally worth it and yeah the harshotsava fees may increase a little each year and uniform fees is separate its 17,000 thousand for management students and 25,000 for nursing students we will get 3 pairs of uniform a blazer and executive shoes. We need to pay exam fees every sem.
Campus Life :
The extraordinary thing in this college is its campus life. The campus is beautiful and eco friendly. The fest named harshotsava is conducted on march and it will last 1 week it includes concerts, sports day, arts day and much more. They provide indoor games like carroms, chess etc and outdoor games that includes football, cricket and even hockey in sports day so everyone can participate. There are clubs like hindi, english, commerce run by students with the help of fuculties i am in commerce ckub and its run by us bcom students and its a wonderful experience
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for for hostel. But I know about hostel i have been inside the hostel. They frovide separate lockers for everyone. We can cook inside the kitchen if we want they will provide us with vegetable but if we need someting other we need to buy it ourselve. The hostel is wonderful and they provide free wifi. I rented a pg outside the college in nelamangala town but now I do think the hostel was the better option it was more affordable than this pg. Everything is wonderfull in hostel except for the food. My friends don't like the food and its because we are from kerala and the food available in hostel is karnataka food and the food in our pg is mallu food. The fees for the hostel of 6 sharing is 68,000 per year

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
