What to know before joining Jain University(take it as a friends review)

- The college infrastructure is very small and the faculty is good the campus has good ventilation
Dislikes
- Some faculty members are very rude and UN helpful and the college campus is very small whenever there are any kind of events conducted its very crowded and congested
Remarks :
I choose Jain university because it offered specially in the course I selected a global certification which can really boost my career along with that I was also interested in the course and wanted to pursue my career in the field
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum of my University was a disappointment because every semester the decide on specific subjects some of which are outdated and some of which are unnecessary and not required in the field specially the core subjects need to be taught more indept and more advanced
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internship via college I have built my own skills using Coursera and data camp and apply for internships myself searching in LinkedIn and naukri.com and I have applied in Companies like Mayhem and Neo Dove
Placement Experience :
In all honesty we should not depend on college for any kind of placement or internship as the college is highly unreliable for this and does not provide good internship or placement opportunities but the online learning memberships that the college provides makes up for it as we can learn skills by our cells and then we can apply for internships and jobs outside college ourself
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for my Programme in my college is 165000 rs per year. The first year we have to pay around 185000 with the 20000 being a college registration fee, after there every year its 165000. It does not include the exam fee every year which is 1500 rs which may or may not increase on the future.
Campus Life :
The life in campus Can be either enjoyable Or Completely lonely It depends on Every individual If you can find your own suitable clubs which the college offers Then We can be adjusted well in the campus Along with maintaining our marks Groupism occurs in college according to the language that each person speaks and they mostly prefer the languages that the they speak to find their friends
Hostel Facilities :
Although I have not personally opted for a hostel from whatever reviews I got from the people who live in the hostel it's really not good the condition of the hostel is really bad and they charge extremely pricey charges for their hostel while also not even providing that many facilities I would suggest opting for hostels or PG nearby college which does not belong to Mojo

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
