- I like structure of academics as well as some of the faculties
- Campus life is ok ok . I will give rating 7 out of 10
Dislikes
- Some set of rules and regulations . And in some semesters the class may be till 6pm
- There are events happening in our college but it is less in number
Remarks :
I studied in Amrita Vidyalayam till 10std . I like the academics in Amrita .This college have strict rules but the way they teach and structure of the academics is good .Before getting admission in this college they had done an online interview .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I do not wanted to do a regular bca program . I wanted to do a specialization in it . So I decided to join BCA with specialization in Data science . I like the curriculum . In my opinion the syllabus is bit tough but manageable .If we study what is in our syllabus and follow the reference text book it will not only help oru academics but also for competitive exama . Most of our faculties had completed their phd . But there are some freshers too .. for faculties i will give an 8 out of 10
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internships right now . But I am looking forward to choose a good internship programs in my coming semester . But I have already made an account in internshalah and I check all the internship programs that come in our college group.
Placement Experience :
Our college is famous for the placement cell amd internship . Lot of companies come here for campus placements . As well as lot of internship program also happens . For computer Science department students they provide technical training from 4 sem onwards.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For 2023 batch it is 97000 but for 2024 batch they have slightly increased the fees . Our (2023 batch) fee structure remain the same . Scholorship are here for 2 categories one for Kannada students and other for students who score more than 9cgpa. For students who have scord more than 9cgpa 40% of their tution fee is returned .Every year they check students who have maintained this 9cpa criteria and award them the scholorship amount.
Campus Life :
In Mysore campus mostly 2 fests are conducted one is Satgamaya and another one is Cinerama. Both of them are good I will rate 6. Classrooms are big with projectors and blackborad we have so many labs for each departments . Library is also there and but oru ground is bit small .
Hostel Facilities :
I did not choose hostel . I am staying outside.In a rented house I choose hostel in my first sem . Due to some health issues I vaccated from hostel . The hostel food is average not worth for the money we are paying . We have common bathrooms in each block . And the rooms are 4-sharing Hostel infrastructure I will give a 7/10 and mess food I will give 4/10

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
MSc Physics at Christ

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
