Remarks :
This college is very old college of india and this college is approved by ugc govt. This college is one of the best gfti college of india. And the admission process take place by josaa and csab councelling. And the merit is based on the jee mains rank. And cut off for the cse branch is approx 91 percentile in jee mains and 75% in boards is mandatory and if you dont have 75% then you have to top 20 percentile on that board is mandatory.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college life is very good and this college have not taken any type of ragging in time of admission by seniors. This college faculty is very good and various helpful for students The sessional exam taken 2 times in a single semester and 1 semester exam in every 6 months. Many of our college faculty are of top iits nits like iit delhi etc Our many teachers have experience more than 15 year and 20 years in this field
Internships Opportunities :
College provide some internship like nptel and many more. And this college very helpful for student. Last year ibm company also visited for campus placement, mahindra also And the highest package last year is approx 20 lakh per annum
Placement Experience :
In this college more than 40 percent students were preparing for exams like gate . And in 2024 there is a gate topper from cse branch who scored all india rank 1 in gate. There is a little low chance of placement because all of them preparing for gate exams And the placement cell is not active as the student wants

In gurukula kangri vishwavidyalaya you get many type of scholarship which was provided by govt. The total college fees of this college is approx 127500. In this fees all the fees includes like development fees,caution fees, lab fees The hostel fees is approx 65000 per year which include 4 time meal at a day
Campus Life :
There is some clubs like aeromodeeling club and college have nss and ncc also in which you can take participate In our haridwar btech campus there is no girl this college is only for boys And the college have only 2 to 3 events in a year
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is alloted for 1st year students mainly. The food of the mess is average . The fees of the hostel is approx 65000 per year in which there is no laundry. The infrastructure of the hostel is average You can apply for the hostel on the college website or by contacting the warden if rooms are available then the warden can provide you And there is some reservation on the hostel fees

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
