there were one written test and two interviews (one by the faculties and other by the director or principal) and written test includes subjects like general knowledge,current affairs and legal related topics.
St Joseph’s college of law is affiliated to Karnata state law University (Kslu). Exams are conducted by kslu and it is difficult to score good marks in the exams.Semester exams are conducted timely after each sems.
Doing my internship in my home town where they take me to the courts and show the courts proceedings. They also explains the process of each cases and give me small works to do in the firm. My internship is from 10-5P.M.
Internships should be done once every year.5 internships are mandatory for integrated courses and 3 internships for LL.B students.theory and practicals in law are entirely different so that it’s important for to do the internships.
Students from karnataka has a fee payment of 110000 and outside karnataka the university will charge extra 5000. There will be exam payments in each sems and it depends on how many papers you are writing.
The campus life is good and there aren’t too many fests conducted in yhe college but there are so many academic events taking place in the college like moot courts, debates, adr etc.For sports,there are facilities for basketball, table tennis and badminton in the college and there are inter class tournaments each year.
Till Now, there are no hostels for the college students. I have staying in an hostel which is near to the college itself for 3 yrs and its just 500ms far from the college. Students can get pgs and hostels near to the college.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
Here placements are very good and has many opportunities for students to obtain internship as well as full time job here u can apply for off campus also many recruiters like Amazon Oracle JPM rapido etc have visited
Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
If you want to get placement you have to maintain more than 7 cgpa for attending the interview and highest average package was 2 laks per month.89% of the students placement in the campus interview only
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
