- I like the campus of this college its big and full of greenery
- All the events which are conducted make the college life even more memorable

- Canteen food is not so good except few foods
- Placements are little low may be because of the pandemic
Remarks :
I chose this college because it is considered one of the best college in shimoga and surrounding districts. Student can get admission into this college through KCET or COMEDK or through management quota.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had choose Computer Science Engineering because of its increasing demand and boom in IT industry in India. In CSE most of the faculty members had done Phd or pursuing it. Every semester there will be 2-3 internals test for both theory and labs and one External/Final exam of that semester
Internships Opportunities :
Even companies will come for internship drives and provide unpaid internships to the selected students. Mostly it will be training organizations. For technical branch students it will be for Full Stack development
Placement Experience :
After 6th semester students can attend placements. Eligibility for attending depends upon the company. Mostly startups will come for hiring. Every year TCS will conduct the placement drive and will hire in bulk. Average package will be around 3.5LPA Around 60-70% students will get placed but it declined after pandemic.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee depends on how you took the admission, if it is through KCET it will be approximately 110000 or if you took admission through COMEDK it will be around 180000 for technical branches like CSE, ISE, AIML but for non-IT branches it will be around 150000. For management seat it will be high especially for CSE it will be more than 300000 per year but again it varies for other branches.
Campus Life :
We have the yearly fest called Janvey which is celebrated every year this includes flashmob, musical night, ethnic day, different technical and non technical events and sports where student participate and show there talents and win prices. We also have individual Branch events for every branch seperately. Library is present inside the campus for books and journals.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
