Likes
- FISAT boasts a well-planned campus with modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a comprehensive library. The computer labs have updated software, and the engineering departments provide hands-on experience with the latest technology. The campus also has high-speed internet, making research and project work convenient.
- The faculty at FISAT is highly knowledgeable and approachable. Professors encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and participate in discussions. They provide additional support for students struggling with concepts and guide them through projects and research work.
Dislikes
- FISAT maintains a highly disciplined environment, which can sometimes feel restrictive for students. The strict dress code, attendance policies, and limitations on campus activities can reduce the sense of freedom that students expect in a college environment. While discipline is necessary, a more flexible approach could help students feel more comfortable.
- The college has few common spaces for students to relax and socialize. Adding more recreational areas, student lounges, or entertainment zones would improve the overall campus experience.
Remarks :
I heard about this college from my friend and family.My first preference was to pursue Electronics and Communication Engineering from a good government engineering college but My mark in KEAM was not enough to get admission in a good government college in Electronics and Communication Engineering. So I selected FISAT. This college is good in academics but cultural fests are less on comparing to other colleges.Admission process is taking place based on KEAM and Electronics and Communication Engineering is available for the rank upto 15000.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are good enough.They demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and delivers lectures in a well structured manner.They encourage student participation,making the class interactive and fostering a better learning environment.
Placement Experience :
Placement in this college is descent compared to other private colleges. It is one of the highlights of the college. To appear in the placement drive the criteria varies according to different company.You will get a placement if you have no backlogs. Even if you have some arrears you can manage to grab jobs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For students who took admission in merit quota the tution fee per year is 75000. The caution deposit for 4 years is Admission fee is 100. University registration fee is 1050. For hostel it is 27500 per year. There are scholarship based on plustwo marks,for category other than general,and also based on financial status.
Campus Life :
Campus life is just average and there is not much entertaining activities in the college. Library is good with nice collection of books. Classroom is also average.There are extracurricular activities but students need to find a seperate time for that .Campus promotes sports activities by providing adequate facilities.There are social clubs controlled both by students and college and don't know about the website for students run by themselves.
Hostel Facilities :
I am in hostel. Food given in mess is not up to the mark.Actually it is a below average food which 90% of us opt not to eat from mess. Room is little bit conjusted. It seems like a two sharing bedroom converted to 3. To apply a room for the hostel we need to contact college office and the hostel warden.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
