- The course expectations are too high for M.A. Economics students as in the first year atleast
- the culture is entirely different from delhi university so you'll have to stand tall and give yourself time to adjust
Remarks :
the reason I chose ashoka was it's good reputation for economics. The process started with an application form that included an SOP and the application fee was rs 1000 as far as I remember. Following this, there was an online exam wherein apart from the compulsory sections, we had to attempt either maths or economics. If you clear this, you'd receive a mail for interview and then the final offer.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I believe the course curriculum is highly competitive and extremely quantitative. The faculty is well qualified but the coursework gets too much to deal with specially in the first semester. If you survive that, things ease down gradually.
Internships Opportunities :
I am currently working remotely for a firm that I reached out to via linked in but I have got a summer internship from campus itself. There are a lot of consulting, management, analytics, marketing Etc. positions that open up.
Placement Experience :
the internship and placement assistant is good. career development office works hard to bring the best firms for hiring. A lot depends on how good is your profile because there is actual competition here.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total expenses including food, hostel and tuition fee cumulate to 15Lakhs . But there is financial aid upto 100% is available which most get here. There is also a 25% waiver for people of Haryana Domicile.
Campus Life :
There is no great social life at ashoka. Minimal fests, no places to visit near by as the residential area of the city is also like 20 mins away with less to no public transport availability. the infrastructure is amazing and s are the clubs if you get into one.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel as I am one of the few day scholars here. the ug hostel is on campus whereas for the pg and phd students, the accommodation has been provided in tdi lake grove which is like 15 mins away.

The professors are highly approachable and are well versed with their subjects. Use of new innovative teaching techniques are used. You're eligible for job if you're in your final year and not have any backlog in any subjects of the previous semesters then you can participates in the placement drive cells happens every year , the highest package was about 4 lakh and the average package was 1 lakh 50 thousand and about 60-70 percent students were placed

Its career development department helps students to get good placements. Many known pharmaceutical firms come here. This shows that students who complete a B.Pharm. degree at this university can have great career opportunities.
Best EMT College in Delhi-NCR

You have to be in the last semester to receive placemnet offers. There is no explicit eligibility criteria for it though. Some of the recruiters here include Manipal, Appolo, Fortis, Medanta. The highest package that i heard was 8LPA and teh average is around 4-5LPA. About 50-60% stduents acceot the placements. I personally want to be a paramedic at a top notch facility.
