Remarks :
Yenepoya university in banglore is a sub college of manglore. The main campus is Manglore Yenepoya. Banglore Yenepoya college mainly focus on BCA course. And medical course is mainly focus in manglore campus. So the Yenepoya university in Banglore is a new campus. It started on 2023.We are the first batch in the banglore campus. So there is so many videos in YouTube regarding Yenepoya university new campus starting in banglore. That way many students are join to this college. You can take admission directly through college or agency. One of my bad aspects about the college is there is no big campus for BCA students but for medical there is one more campus of Yenepoya. And teaching is better than other colleges. There is no interview or Written test for join this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There is BCA, BBA, medical, so many courses are there. I am a BCA student, so my opinion about my course is i am studying BCA with specialization AI, ML, ROBOTICS with IBM it is a good course for future AI is very effective in this period that's why I take this course. And our faculties is well experienced teachers. So there teaching method is very effective for us. They give subject wise notes and pdf for exams and laptop is compulsory for us. practical exams also there. Total 6 sem are there in 3 years,Before each sem exam there is two internal exam for theory and practical and assignment, jam etc are there.They provide free Coursera for all students, we have to complete coursera course and upload our certificate. It is very useful for our job. 4 to 5 month gap for one sem. Attendance is very compulsory. Above 75% attendance is compulsory for students then only write the exams.
Internships Opportunities :
That i don't know, because I didn't complete my course now I am second year student third year only we apply to internship.Third year if we interested you can go to internship and after complete, you can submit the certificate to college.
Placement Experience :
College is providing placements and job opportunities. The average salary package for BCA course is 60000 and above. But starting only 20,000 experience wise the salary also increases. My plan after this course is take masters also.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For BCA course there are 6 sem,and there is two company option is provided one is IBM and another one is TCS. If we interested we have to choose any one. At the end of the college we get the certificate. For IBM sem wise fees is 82,000 and for TCS sem wise fees is 62,000.we get the TCS or IBM class and certificate if we choose. And also college provides scholarship for students. In plus two if we have 90 percentage and 75 above percentage for each sem in the college exam then you get the scholarship. We don't have to pay any exam fees. Loan application is also available. And there is no lab fees.So the 3 year fees for BCA with IBM student is 492,000.Merit seat is also there.
Campus Life :
Yearly we have a big fest called Yenotsav. There are many fest is conducted our college like for Christmas, Iftar, Onam. The main fest is conducted on April or may month. Inside the campus there is a library for all. Many books are there for study, course wise book is also there. For students many sports activities and extracurricular activities are there. And social group, club are also provide for students like zodiac arts Club, yhiteMedia , etc are run by students.
Hostel Facilities :
1 year we stay in hostel but now they didn't provide any hostel for students. Hostel mess is not good and infrastructure is okay but food is very bad for us. Hostel mess is provided karnataka food , but most of tte students are Kerala so it is very difficult to adjust

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
