Likes
- I like the beauty of the campus with lush green trees and a sense of vibe and calmness everywhere around the campus. The faculties are approachable for clearing all our doubts or in case we need help with our projects.
- All the classrooms are well equipped with modern smart systems and WiFi facilities and all theory courses have corresponding well equipped labs.
Dislikes
- The college is far away from the city and hence we have to travel for around 1 hr to reach the main city
- Transportation modes to city are limited and time consuming.
Remarks :
This is the best college and course I got with my JEE rank. The good aspects is the lush green campus, good climate round the year, decent placements. The bad aspect is that it's far from the main city. Selection was purely based on JEE rank and nothing else.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because this is the best course and college I got with my JEE rank. The faculties here are highly qualified PHD faculties having done exceptional research in their domain. There is a mid semester and end semester exam in every semester which are of moderate difficulty.
Internships Opportunities :
I got an opportunity for internship in BIS. The companies that recruited students from my domain were Bajaj, P&G, ExxonMobil, Honeywell etc to name a few. Roles offered were Surface Engineer, Structural Analyst, Purchase Engineer and so on.
Placement Experience :
Students should not have active backlogs while registering for placements. Few visited recruiters in my domain were BPCL(6 offers), Ford(2 offers), Bajaj Auto(2 offers) and so on Highest package was around 20 LPA and average was around 8 LPA. Profiles offered were Management Trainee, Surface Engineer, Purchase Engineer and so on. Around 60 % of students is placed so far in my batch with 3 more months to end the placement season Working for 2 years and then an MBA is my current plan
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees is around 130000 INR per year. The other fees like caution fees admission fees etc which are one time account to another 25000. There is reservation for SC and ST as well as for those whose parental income is less than 100000 INR per annum has tuition fees of around 20000 per year. And for those whose parental income is between 100000 INR to 500000 INR per year the tuition fees is around 500000 per year
Campus Life :
The annual cultural fest, known as Ragam is conducted every February and our annual technical fest, Tathva is conducted every October both of which are sought after events. Books and journals are available in plenty in the library catering to the needs of all the students. We have an annual sports day coupled with plenty of inter-NIT competitions. We run many clubs like unwired, aerounwired,RIG as well as many social groups like forums for dance and debate etc.
Hostel Facilities :
For me personally, this food feels just like having a tasty meal from hotel such is the taste of the food in the mess particularly non veg. Hostel fees is around 20000 INR per year(excluding mess) and registration is one time which we do first time coming to campus.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
