- The building is newly renovated and have basic amenities. It for Lift in there. Fire alarm system and all.
- College focuses on sustainable energy and hence the college is powerd from solar electricity that is a good thing
Dislikes
- College life is not as good as you will expect it to be.
- Teachers are good but you will face struggle coping with topics.
- Classes are irregular. So u have to manage that too.
- There is an uniform here. So that is big no for me.
Remarks :
College released its application in around August and a entrance test is set to happen on 23rd September. However it got postponed and eventually took place in December. It was a 100 marks test with negative marking. And students scoring as low as 7 marks got selected based on their reservation they got. After selecting there is no interview process, just a document verification process.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is an integrated BALLB course. This five year degree provides Law expertise along with BA knowledge. That mentioned, you have to chose Two subjects, Major and minor respectively in your first semester only. Minor you will drop after two years but major stays with you till 4th year. The options for major and minors are- History, Sociology, Economics and Political Science.
Internships Opportunities :
You can approach any advocate or any law firm for internships. Maybe someone can let u in for an internship. Mostly it will be unpaid but you'll gain knowledge and experience. Alternatively you can work with several NGOs. That will also boost your confidence.
Placement Experience :
There is an internship culture here but u have to find it on your own and the college is not going to provide you itself. And you have to manage your internship in your holidays because attendance is mandatory here. You cannot skip classes with the excuse of internship.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tution fee is around 15400/- per year or annually. But there is an 100% scholarship for reserved categories students that they get. But to avail it one must be a resident of jharkhand and they have to produce a Domicile certificate to get this scholarship. Unfortunately there is not any other scholarship for general or other state students.
Campus Life :
Apart from the University, the college itself is a great place. The building is recently renovated in with account with morden architecture. It has a moot court room for practice. It has a interconnected three floors library. How ever the library don't have a good spectrum of books but u can get any book from the central library that is the university's Library. There is a NCC camp in the college itself for intrested ones. There are fests, like for Freshers, Farewell etc. There are some clubs like Debate clubs and all.
Hostel Facilities :
The University don't have their own hostel. However you can opt for Paying Guests nearby. A lot of students studying here gave rented a room nearby. Many affordable options are available here. However there are one canteen and one cafe inside the university campus.

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. For internships, the college helps with vocational training in places like DVC or HURL, though paid internships are something you usually have to hunt for yourself on LinkedIn.

You have to at least maintain 7CGA for sitting in placement season company like Wipro Infosys come here placement season. Average package of BBA is 4.5 lakhs. Almost 80% Student are placed through campus placement. My plan after getting degree pursuing MBA

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
