Remarks :
No there are no group discussions or any interview but you have to give JEE mains exam .The criteria for admission at my time was minimum of 80 percentile.For cs branch it goes upto 95 percentile also.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The electronics and communication engineering course syllabus is outdated according to both students and faculty.overall faculty is very good and supportive in your career steps .they also encourage students to make projects.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The 1st year fees was 196000 but in second year ,fees was 156000.The fees gets increasing for every new batch every year.there are scholarship for EWS candidates sc's and st's also according to there academic performance.
Campus Life :
The college campus is not too big to be enjoyed but their are many cultural clubs as well as technical societies which help you socialize as well as upskill yourself.The college infrastructure is commendable.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
