I always wanted to study computer sciences with physics and DU is the only one offering it and it is one of the most prestigious collges so i chose this college, for admission one has to give CUET and through that we get admission in the college according to the marks obtained in that exam.
The faculty is exceptionally helpful and good at their art, most of them hold a phd degree and are very educated and encouraging, there are exams once an year and there are internal marks which are based on the assignments and class tests.
I haven't gotten any internship yet but I've been thru the process and its kind of easy and people really do get internships if they really want it! So placement cell reallly do work very hard for us for those internships
The placement cell is really helpful when it comes to internships and placements. They are mainly helpful after 2nd year and they do give nice oppurtunities, but it's not enough for the number of students present but it's okay!
It's very affordable to study in the college because the yearly fees for BSc Physical Sciences with Computer Science is only 15000 for a year, and there are multiple opportunities for getting scholarships, be it through academics or sports quota.
Campus life is just like the movies! The life that one imagines about DU its exactly the same with diwali and holi parties, Halloween and christmas is also celebrated, annual fest are the most fun with prominent celebrities invited each year. The student union also organises different competitions and there are so many societies to be a part of, in all its so much fun!

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
