The admission in this college is being done in two basis, either on the examination which you have given or on your 12th base. As a student of BCA by admission in this college is done on the base of JEE entrance entrance exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are very great in this college. Also, have industry experience which make the lecture more practical and helps you in future job roles. The best part is you can take their guidance or career advice.
Internships Opportunities :
The college really focus on internships also engage us to take internships right from third or second year, depending on our course. The placement and training cell helps in finding good opportunities by connecting with companies and sharing student with them.
Placement Experience :
Placement are a strong area in this college. The placement self is active and generally works on student for jobs. Also in our college every month, the college conduct training sessions workshops, or any kind of mock interviews to get us ready for the equipment purposes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure of the college is not much high as compare to other colleges of Dehradun, which are mainly private, but definitely the college value your money and provide you every facilities and opportunities.
Campus Life :
There are manifest culture, events and technical competition as well as sports meets which are organised by the college. Every year. College life is very active. Student also run many clubs and join them according to their interest such as photography, debate, drama, coding, etc
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities are decent as well as the rooms are clean and have all the basic furniture is the mess. Food is okay but not like home, but it is hygienic and fresh freshly prepared every day. The college also has canteen that serves snacks and meals lifesaver for students, which are always open also in nights.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
