Great college with respect to infrastructure and free structure
Remarks :
Admissions are done on cut-off basis of joint entrance exam examination for BCA or BTech courses. While for courses like BSC in agriculture, NEET examination are taken as a priority for the cut-off. Also, on the basis of your rank, the college provide some amount of scholarship discount.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose bachelors in computer application from Uttarachal University with specialisation in Python Bi. I personally have a strong interest in this field. Also, there is a huge scope of getting placed with high packages by this course.
Internships Opportunities :
There are variety of project which you can apply for during your course, mainly the internships are done after completion of each semester or each year. Apps like LinkedIn or Internshala helps you a lot in finding companies which are inviting fresh interns.
Placement Experience :
Total of 40% of the total students are placed from this college. Overall, the college do not have a great placement records as compare to other private colleges in Dehradun, but if you work hard and keep proper connection with facilities, there are chances to get a great job.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
According to your category, you can apply for scholarships on various websites such as NSP that is national scholarship portal. For SCNST, the scholarship are provided worth amount 50,000 and for the OBC categories, the scholarship is provided of 20,000.
Campus Life :
Campus is great and surrounded in huge land also a centralised library with availability of books and journals of all courses. The classrooms are also decent with proper furniture. The college also doing great sports and extra curricular activities.
Hostel Facilities :
Personally, I do not opt for hostel inside the campus area as I feel they are much costly competitive to private hostels outside the college area in the nearby localities, such as Premnagar or nearby FRI.

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
