- College fee is very low and college is just in front of my house, very easy to reach. Teachers are helpful and overall environment is ok for studies.
- Teachers are helpful and supportive. Campus is safe and environment is friendly.
Dislikes
- Mess food is mostly normal and infrastructure is little old. College has no placement support, everyone has to plan on their own.
- No placement support from college. Extracurricular activities are limited.
Remarks :
I choose this college because fee is very low and also college is just in front of my house, very easy to reach. Teachers are helpful and overall environment is good for studies. Admission is through JCECEB exam and after that online counseling is done, no GD or PI required for my course. The test was objective type questions only, not very tough, and cut-off was low so getting admission was easy. Good things about college are fees boht kam hai, labs are ok, teachers support karta hai and campus is decent. Bad side is mess food is not good and infrastructure can improve. I prepared for the written test by reading basic books and previous year papers. Overall, admission process is simple and not stressful prepared from previous year questions
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because it is related to my interest and also easy to get admission with low fees. Course curriculum is decent, covers all basic topics needed for understanding. Some subjects are very interesting and some are a bit boring, but overall it is manageable. Faculties are qualified, mostly have good experience, they teach in simple way but some are strict. Teaching method is mix of theory and practical, mostly easy to understand. Term exams are conducted on time, difficulty level is moderate, not too tough, not too easy. Overall academics is okay and faculty support is good if you have doubts.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internship through college because I already passout from my previous course and now doing B.Tech. College doesn’t really provide official internship opportunities, mostly students have to find their own internships. Some of my friends did online internships or in local companies by themselves. Overall, internship support from college is very limited, so you have to plan and apply on your own if you want experience during course.
Placement Experience :
There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My college fees is very low, total 1 year fee is only 2.5k. This include tuition fees, admission fees, registration fees, caution fees, development fees and lab fees. My friends in SC/ST category pay even less and management students pay more. College also provide scholarships like Merit cum need and other financial aid, it help if you have good marks or money problem. Overall fee is very affordable and not increasing much.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is ok, not too big but friendly. Social life is chill, students talk and do small group activities. College has some clubs like tech club and cultural club, students organize events themselves. Annual fest is held in January, its fun and everyone participates. Library has enough books and few journals, mostly enough for basics. Classrooms are normal with fans and projectors, nothing very fancy. Sports are ok, some cricket and football available, and small extracurricular activities like debate and singing competitions happen sometimes. There is also a student group/website where students share notes and info for everyone. Overall campus life is simple but manageable.
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted for hostel and it is ok. Hostel rooms are simple, basic furniture and fans, nothing very fancy. Mess food is average, sometimes tasty but mostly normal, menu is simple with rice, roti, dal, and some veg. Registration for hostel is easy, you just fill form during admission and pay fees. Fees is affordable, not too high, totally manageable. If you don’t take hostel, you can rent PG or room nearby, I stayed in a PG in local area, rent is also cheap and very near to college. Overall hostel life is decent, nothing too special but good for students who come from far.

Placements are the main reason people come here. For Electrical, big players like Tata Steel, JSW, and Vedanta are regulars. The average package stays around ?7–8 LPA, while the highest can go up to ?15–20 LPA for core branches. You become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
