BMSIT&M College Review
Remarks :
This was the best college in which I was getting CSE branch at my rank therefore I opted for this college. Also, this college was located in Banglore which gives more opportunities to IT or Software Engineers. Yeah, I took the COMEDK entrance exam for admission to this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite good. I chose CSE because engineering has quite a bright future in this field and I was interested as well in this field. During the whole semester there we two internal examinations, a lab examination, and a semester-end examination. The level of the exam was moderate to high. The cost of study in this college is different for different students if you are through KCET quota your fees will be around 90k but if you are from comedy quota your fees will be around 2.6 lakhs per year and this is quite unfair for students who come from different states to study in this college as government of Karnataka does not allows non Karnataka student to give kcet exam therefore they are left to give COMEDK exam and hence pay fees of 2.6 lakhs approximately 3 times that of kcet students even after clearing exams and also COMEDK students are not given enough opportunity of Scholarship provided by the college
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted for any internship currently. Generally, the college provides us with internships during 3rd year. The internship company depends on your choice and the monthly stipend provided is around 20 thousands.
Placement Experience :
The placements are average. The highest package offered last year was 46 lakh and the average package offered was 9.6 lakhs. Some of the famous companies that visit are Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Cognizant, Infosys, Air Asia, etc. From CSE the placement percentage was 95 percent however the placement of non-IT and Noncircuit branches is not quite impressive. The eligibility criteria for placement is to score an average of 8 GPAs.
Campus Life :
Our college has three fests Kalarava-hostel fest specially for hostelling, Tech Transformania-tech fest, and Utsava Cultural fest, however the tech fest is not quite Good in this college but rest two are quite exciting Library facilities are quite good and it meets all of today's technological advances. Sports are also promoted in this college and the college regularly hosts many sports competitions at the city as well as state level. Many clubs like Coding Crib, IEEE, Ohio, etc help students in their extra-curricular development. There are two types of Hostels one inside the campus and one outside the campus. The one inside the campus is quite good and well maintained but the one outside is not good as the facilities are not properly provided. The menu of mess is average and they try to provide both South as well as North Indian foods. The hostel fee is around 130000.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
