- Faculty Some of the teachers are supportive and understanding, they do care of the students' career and try to do as much they can.
- Campus Life The other thing I liked is the campus Life, I made new friends, exposure to different students of different thoughts and nature was good.
Dislikes
- Management The management of IGNOU is worst, they don't have any idea, what student is facing with the policies they make.
- Infrastructure No proper infrastructure for conducting exams, just a "kam-chalao" type.
Remarks :
I am a defense aspirant, and studying for my exams made me choose graduation from distance learning. There was no interview as such at the time of admission, just the form filling, which is usual and basic in every college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was from a Computer science background and learning the language was easy for me, so this was one of the reasons I chose BCA, also my brother has an MCA pass which became my second reason for opting for this course. Opinions about classes and faculty are not so good. We never got physical classes, in each sem classes were online, which too not proper. Students were never taught or made aware of the way how to write the answers, and therefore scoring in exams becomes difficult!
Placement Experience :
No placements! As I mentioned above, I am a defense aspirant, so my aim and plan are to serve my nation in the coming years, by joining in armed forces. I will be spending time preparing for my exams and other completions for now.
Campus Life :
We have the least visited campus as we only have to go to college for practicals and exams, considering the same, the campus experience was good, as exposure to those many students was even new for me. Talking about the infrastructure, it was ok, not so good not so bad, just fine to study.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
