- The college fees is less and that's what I liked most and the infrastructure is most likely broken and unusable, the faculty is bad, the campus life is okish.
- This college is also good only if you want a bachelor's degree within a budget.
Dislikes
- The faculty, Infrastructure and the inability of the college to get companies to the college.
- There's no social life or fun in this college always study or holidays.
Remarks :
So I used to live in a small town in the east Godavari district called Kakinada, I completed my intermediate and Schooling there as our home city is Vishakapatnam we moved here after my father's demise in 2018 and we are financially poor so I searched for a college with low fees structure and I found Sankethika Vidya Parishad Engineering College. This College is very cheap and affordable and even fulfills my dream of becoming a computer science engineer so I chose this.
Course Curriculum Overview :
1) I chose this course Cse because I'm a software enthusiast and I like computers and other coding 2) The faculty qualification is mostly only assistant professors and there rarely exists any Ph.D. holders in this college and the way they teach is really bad except 1 for 2 faculty, all you gotta do is study yourself and write the exams on your own, the teaching method is most probably from online websites like java point and geeks for geeks. 3)The term semester exam will be probably held every 4-5 months and the difficulty is moderate, we can even pass with your basic general knowledge about the subject. 4) There's no much hike in the fees for a long time and the cost of the study is affordable for every middle and lower-middle-class person. There are no scholarships as of I know but for the poor, we'll get a Scheme from the state government called JVD it's a fee reimbursement scheme for the lower class people and people who can't afford to study.
Internships Opportunities :
Very rarely u get internships here and they don't usually encourage students to go do internships and the college will put a condonation if u skip the college for an internship and yeah you gotta find an internship on your own.
Placement Experience :
1) To my notice there are no real campus placements cuz my seniors are all still roaming out without a job, although the eligibility is 75% CGPA in engineering in any branch. 2)I didn't hear about any recruiters who arrived for the campus placement drive. 3)4.5LPA is highest and 3LPA is lowest 4)30-40% students I guess. 5) I am genuinely preparing out of the box from this college and I've learned JS and Python I'm thinking of applying to ADP Hyderabad by a walk-in interview as I've known some people who would refer and then after 1 year of job id like to go to the US to complete my Masters.
Campus Life :
1)So when I first joined college there was just a freshers party and no fests in that year but after that, a fest called Sanketh 2023 was held for two days and it was quite good, these are conducted usually in January and February. 2) All department subject books are available in the library and will be given to students for study and takeaway purposes, the classroom barely consists of projectors for smart study and not many of any special amenities, just a blackboard, wooden benches, and few lights and fans. 3) Sports were never held in this college after I joined here in 2021 and I never was let to play any sports in the sports period always we were left at sports period and all used to go home, very rarely extracurricular activities are held like NSS and NCC. 4)No social groups or clubs run by students. 5)I'm not a hosteller but my friends live in hostels and of course you know how shit a hostel is :)

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
